It's not hard to twist your wrist to wrap a coil around a mandrel. Why pay that much for a battery operated doodad?

Some people can't do that now, or maybe won't be able to in the future, because of physical limitations. To them...it wouldn't be "a waste of money" at all.

Because any tool that makes something easier and has better results is always a good investment. Especially for someone with arthritis or other handicaps. A good example is the Avidartisan Daedalus. I can wrap claptons by hand but by using a tool that cost me $40 It's much easier and faster.
Ive been fully admonished. Thank you.

Love the Daedalus. Might get more popular in the Vapocalypse

Mine isn’t battery operated. Guess I could have looked at the link  and not just the picture. Other than being mel-powered, mine looks like that. I like having the trap hole for the lead. Makes it easier for me to maneuver it

While you're getting ProVari parts you need now for your 2.5...you might want to pick up the following from the same seller while they're available and are inexpensive. They could help make the difference in you being able to use your PV for the longhaul...or not. He does combine S/H. He used to be 1 of the ProVape owners and has been selling off remaining ProVari "stuff" on eBay for several years now. Good guy to buy from, too!

ProVari P2.5 End Cap Springs (Quantity 5) - New! | eBay

ProVari P2.5 Satin Silver End Cap - New! | eBay

ProVari P2.5 Replacement Windows - New! | eBay

If you want to see all of his PV parts on eBay:

Replacement window sounds like it might be useful to have in the box. How would you replace them? Can you take the cone shaped top piece off? Do you need some kind of special tool to do that.

I think in a mini go thru the bottom?? I was looking at my Radius and it would be easier because top piece looks like it is just held with screws. I have a box of Provari parts but no windows

I don't usually like metal DT's but this one is so cute. Can't beat .25

I have orders from all over its crazy.
Yeah, I have exactly 25 outstanding orders right now on top of the dozen and a half or so that I have already received... I have a ton of tabs open in my browser with the order info and tracking.... I'm worried I will miss something (They're from all different vendors and most of them I do not know). I probably over-bought, but I can rest assured I will have enough nic and hardware for my wife and I for the rest of our lives... And what I spent was still way less than what we would spend on smoking in a year (based on cigarette prices from 12 years ago, I have no idea what they go for now).

You would think that being as prepared as I am that I would be less anxious right now, but my anxiety is through the roof.
