Probably the only way a price is going to be significantly less than heartland (including shipping) is if a company decides to liquidate their inventory like e-cig express did not too long ago. It's not like hardware where new models come out and the business needs to liquidate the tied up profits out of their old discontinued clearance items. You might be able to get a code or a sale sometime in the future, but it is not going to be a big difference compared to heartland, especially with the free shipping over $50.

The way I look at it is when I smoked it was 2 packs a day. My wife still smokes but only 3 packs a week. If I only spend $120 a month on vape stuff then that's fair and I'm still saving a bunch of money.
