If I don't hear from them tomorrow I'm reporting them to BBB & I'm going to trash them everywhere on the internet I can plus put a stop on my debit card & get my money back from them through my bank.

The BBB won't be of any help, since it's been such a short time since you ordered. You'd also have to fill out a very lengthy form to even file a complaint against Element vape with the BBB. Trashing them everywhere on the internet won't do anything either to hurt their reputation...once people read what a short time it's been since you placed your order. Your bank would likely tell you to give them more time for delivery of your package, too.

I just keep sending emails every hour until i hear for sure where package is...
They're trying to pass-the-ole-buck !!
I guess they want me to go buy a carton of the nasties instead of helping me with vaping supplies !

After reading the above and your responses to others who've posted to you about it, trying to reassure you that things will likely be OK...it seems that online shopping definitely isn't right for you. Unless you pay for overnight shipping, there's always going to be a several day delay (or longer) in receiving your package after you order and pay for stuff.

Sending hourly emails to a company isn't the way to get them to respond. To them, that likely indicates that they're dealing with a customer who's a real PITA, and is going to be difficult no matter when or if they respond. Plus...you said, "I've been venting about this since the money was taken by Element Vape from my debit card." They can't reach across the internet and hand deliver your coils to you!

And this: "I have my shipping number & it's still saying they have the shipping label but no package to stick it on."

The USPS doesn't have the shipping label and is waiting for the package to stick it on! When tracking says the shipping label has been created and the USPS is awaiting the package...that means Element Vape printed out and paid for the shipping label, but the USPS hasn't received the labelled package yet from Element Vape.

Finally - You could always try what my nice would do when she didn't get what she wanted, when she wanted it. She'd throw herself down on the carpet and kick and scream. It still didn't help her get it, but I guess it made her feel better to do it.

When I was in grade school the principle had one of those.
Depending on the offense you got 5,10,15,or 20 wacks.
It was quite effective at keeping the kids in line.
I hear it's not allowed anymore...

It was a right of passage when I was in school. Male teachers all had various types of homemade paddles hanging on the wall in their classrooms. Usually all it took was a reference to the device and kids shut up.

"You see the paddle on the wall, don't you? Shut up and listen or you may be its next victim." That threat worked really well.

One teacher in particular rode a Honda 350 to school during good weather and parked it outside the window of his classroom so that he could keep an eye on it. Not one of his students ever touched it. His paddle had conical holes drilled halfway through. He used to say, "This side creates blisters. The other side pops them."

On top of the A/C quitting and eating into my vapocalypse shopping budget, I need to bring one of my dogs into the vet this morning... ugghh Somehow like 2 months ago she injured her neck/back and the pain gets so bad she cannot even walk. I have been to the vet 3 different times for it (plus one follow up on one of the visits). They give her a laser treatment each time and prescribe pain killer and muscle relaxers (which do nothing), and prednisolone which brings her back to normal in like 2 days and she is fine the entire time she is on it until about 3 days after completing it. The last time, they gave me 4 rounds of prednisolone, she went through all 4, each time being ok until about 3 days later. She has been on 6 rounds or prednisolone total. Leaving in like 5 minutes with my fingers crossed for this time because it is really getting expensive (not to mention I hate seeing her in so much pain).

I hear ya. My cat's been ignoring me for about a month and been throwing up hairballs. But that's just cat's being cat's right? Finally he came to me and he's all skinny. Somethings wrong. Time for the vet.
