So which brands do you prefer?

The 100% from Nicotine River (now River Suppy Co.) was the best I could find at the same price as MFS in my home State had. It's now double the price at MFS ($99/liter), River Supply Co has it for $49.99, only it's in a plastic jug versus glass bottle.

When the liter from MFS is empty (is rocking on two years), will wash the bottle good & pour the new into it.:D

I did figure out that WL’s nic is organic.

Organic? In order for a product to be able to be sold as "organic" it must be certified as "organic" by the USDA.

Nicotine's been used as a pesticide in farming for centuries, but the USDA does not consider nicotine organic and therefore cannot be used by organic farmers.

So it's unlikely WL nic is certified organic by the USDA, or OMRI listed for that matter, when nicotine itself isn't able to be certified as an organic substance.

I'm very suspect of this claim.

I'm not saying WL nic isn't superior to other brands, I wouldn't know. But organic? Where's the proof?

I see that they try to fortify this claim of "organic" by stating that both their PG and VG bases are "USP grade Kosher certified", but "USP grade" or "Kosher" has nothing to do with being "organic".

I find it hard to believe WL or any "organic" ejuice out there is truly organic. And if they aren't, they are playing with fire by claiming that they are.

But I'm game for 100% undeniable proof.

Could you explain "best I could find", please?

By that, I meant the best price I could find for a liter of 100% nic. Note that there's no price differential in the lower percentages, so I get 100% & use sparingly.

Other than that, I buy all of my flavors from River Supply Co, after EJUICES.COM stopped carrrying DIY mixing supplies. Most came from Nicotine River anyway, they run promos often on flavors, have had exceptional service, so am expecting the nic to be no exception.:)

Nic I ordered is the 3rd down the list below.

PurNic™ E-Liquid Nicotine

Although may be mid to late 2020 before I open the bottle, will then know for sure. The reviews were great, and I depend on these when choosing products of any type, be in DIY vape supplies or PC components.

As for being stocked up, should had checked my flavor stash on the last order with 25% promo, need some more of their White Chocolate.:D

Nicotine River White Chocolate

Normally I get the 2 ounce bottles, will likely get the 4oz on next order.

Other than that am good to go, batteries, mods, tanks, colis, SS316L wire of 24, 26 & 28 guage, as well as some type of fused SS316 wire from Lightning Vapes. Good for my single coil tanks. Have three of the 3 pack Vaporesso GT 0.3 ohm ceramic SS coils on the way from FastTech.:)

What is the "US Special Air Mail" or "US Special Line" I've been seeing on Chinese vape sites?

It's usually the choice for free shipping, but who is it?
I'm not sure on the other sites,if they do it the same, but i usually use that on 3F.Whenever i use it from them,it goes through regular China post,as far as i can tell, then goes to a supplier in California, who then puts a regular USPS label on it and sends it to me.I can only guess they must send a bulk shipment to that supplier in California to send out for them.My first order like that only took 8 days and i had it.This time it's been 3 weeks and still don't have it yet.

I also am tempted to get a food sealer for some of the regulated mods. Are people doing that? Or is it overkill?
Anything with electronics loves a dark dry environment. In their original boxes in a cupboard with some silica gel sachets in the corner should do the trick

Just want to clarify that your nic is 10%, or 100 mg/l. Not 100%! 100% requires advanced PPE and most likely a lab to deal with safely.

I hope you've got spare striker plates for your p67. With a bit of arcing they seem like the part most likey to wear out
I don't own P67s. I have 2 standards, 1 woodvill and 2 low profiles. I could build multiple new REOs with the spare parts I have available to put into the old bodies. :) REO stuff I have been stocking since 2013 then add in the going out of business sale was a huge boon for me. LOL

I have been buying mechanical squonk mods because they are easy to repair in the long-term, the parts are non-vape related for the most part, and electronics are non existent. Safety on shorting then goes on my build, instead of relying on a chip to protect me from idiotic recklessness. That said, having a few regulated mods is nice for testing builds on. They are not used much, but provide peace of mind. At this point in vaping, I don't think any purchases are bad ones. We're fighting a Vaping drug war, buy what you want, while you still can. It won't be long before easy purchases are a thing of the past.

Agree. I’m stocked beyond my life expectancy. I have over 60 mods and about as many atties. I have about a dozen mech squonkers and I think 15 mech tube mods. Some use 18650, some also use 21700. These I got to sustain me. Other stuff I bought because someday I won’t be able to. Well, probably. I hope I’m wrong about that, because it is such fun finding a new vape

So which brands do you prefer, @Rossum ? Is it the brand you're using in your experiment (Vapers Tek)?
Nude Nicotine is my preferred brand. I originally started buying theirs 'cause it was the only nic I could find that was freezer-ready; available in argon-purged glass bottles. It also had a really good reputation here. Then about half way through my stocking, I started second-guessing that choice because there were reports of super-clean tasting "premium" nic from other vendors. So I ordered 120 ml bottles from several of them, split 'em up into 7ml samples, and ran a blind test with about a dozen of the members here. None of the testers knew which sample came from which vendors. When the results were tallied, NN was the clear winner. That all happened in the big Nicotine Comparisons thread in the summer of 2015.

The reason I chose Vapers Tek for the many of the freezer experiment samples is because it was the only one I knew of that came in clear bottles to begin with. This meant I could leave some (or even most) in their original bottles rather that having to open them and expose them to air while decanting.

Anyway, saying "nic is nic" is a bit like saying, "whiskey is whiskey" or "coffee is coffee". :)

Yeah, it's pretty much absurd to call nic "organic". To do that with any level of credibility, one would have to be able to trace the tobacco it was extracted from back to where it was grown, and it would also preclude the most common method of extraction, which involves chemicals and solvents that are anything but "organic".

I’m not sure why you want to belabor this.

I used WL because at the time - almost six years ago, they were the best I could find and they delivered UPS, not Fed Ex - I had bought from HL, and had my nic thrown - I mean literally chucked into the yard, damaging the box- over the fence by Fed Ex one time, and left outside the fence 4’ from the damn road the next time. Not cool.

Now also, back then, the prices were not as different as now, and whether shipping was free or not was also a consideration, as well as who was doing the shipping.

I understand that this is not the case for everyone, this is my personal experience. We all have our reasons for what we buy, and from where.

Also, things change in the nic game all the time. When I first started buying, nobody had any info on where their nic came from. I bought what others recommended. Then the certificates came along, and I got flamed for suggesting uncertified nic, even though it was really popular five minutes earlier...

Some will argue how bad salts are, some turn their nose up at anything not Armor, and others it’s all about how cheap they can get it.

We are all doing what works for us.

I have used HL and it is as good as other stuff, but I won’t risk the unsafe delivery.

Agreed that back in the day, there wasn't much price difference between suppliers, and WL was a good one. Things have changed, and prices are now all over the place. There is much more competition. I have nic from a variety of suppliers, and it's all acceptable to me. The only one I ordered that wasn't so great was one batch of MFS, years ago.

Then you must be talking about DHL (DHL Ecommerce, to be exact)?

Goes from China, to Compton, California than at some point USPS picks it up.
