Vapor Range would only let me ship to my billing address. I used to be able to ship to Moms. Her address is still on my VR account, but no other option than here. Ordered this morning, usps says Friday delivery (fingers AND toes crossed).

That’s probably what’s going on here. So much for having purchases sent to a different state to bypass bans.

And a 2nd site did the same thing tonight. I may have to send money to my sister and have her order items on her cards. This is annoying especially since there is NO vape ban in Massachusetts!!

I have sent emails to both vendors explaining the vape ban in MA ended Dec 4th and the only ban MA has is on flavored juice like several other states.

These vendors are going to lose a lot of money on juice sales you’d think they’d want to make sure to get the sales from hardware from those states. If they start denying all sales to every state that has a juice ban they’ll be out of customers soon.

I’m talking to you Eightvape and jeez now I can’t remember the other vendor lol!

Oops, probably is requiring ship to billing address. Though could also be that a cookie was set. Open a private browser window and try again using NJ address.


Ohh thanks for that tip!! I’ll give it a try tomorrow. I’ve spent so much money tonight so hopefully I’ll forget about it tomorrow then continue on my Christmas shopping spree lol!!

Maybe try clearing out your browser too, it deletes cookies and browsing info, etc. I do that every time I shut down my desk top.

Which mod did you gift yourself with? I watched some videos on the replay feature of the DNA 75c and 250c last night. Looks like a very useful feature.

Me too, probably. Alone, but not lonely! Celebrating Catmas by singing all the Christmas carols changed to cat theme. Badly, and loud. Joys of living alone! :lol:

Pulled an all-nighter last night. Didn't even start wrapping presents until after midnight. Took me longer than I thought, and then I got to that point where I ask myself..."If I go to sleep, maybe for just a few hours...will I even hear my alarm when I need to get up about 9AM? My answer is usually no...so I just stay up.

I'm bleery-eyed, but my first cup of coffee now should perk me up somewhat. Need to feed all the "critters" then put the horse out to pasture, shower and get ready, check to make sure 93 year old Mom is up and motivated enough to get ready...then load the car for the approx. 1 1/2 hour drive to Orlando for the family get together. I dread the drive, in Christmas traffic on I-4, but...I'm looking forward to the meal and seeing everyone.

I hope everyone has a wonderful day and stays safe if you're going to be on the road. :)

I had like 10 tabs open in one of my browser windows each with an item I wanted from fasttech. Yesterday, before I was leaving for a family party I went to order them to take advantage of the Xmas eve coupon code. Well, the site kept messing up probably due to being bogged down by everyone. I had to reload each tab like at least 6 times each (so 60+ refreshes total). Now I was running late for the party, but I was finally able to get the pages to load and add the items to my cart and make the purchase, but there was no option for free shipping there which was strange, but I was in a hurry and it wasn't super expensive and thought maybe it was because of the size of the order (box size being big), so I just figured I would deal with it later.

Yesterday I never looked at the total of my bill, I was running late and in panic mode and was just happy to get the pages loaded. This morning I went to look at my order and noticed the price was pretty high, then I noticed that the quantities on two of my items were x3 and x4 when they should have been x1. I know what the problem was, sometimes on fasttech when you run honey, it changes the quantities... I knew that but again, I was in panic mode and did not check it... not even sure why I ran honey as I knew the code was XMAS15.

Luckily the order had not yet shipped and I was able to go in and cancel those 2 items and get a gift certificate refund. I then placed a new order with the correct quantities, ran honey and it changed the quantities again lol, but I was able to get 15% off still and I changed the quantities back. BUT there still was no option for free shipping... I placed the order with the cheapest shipping option and then went to go create a ticket, but they changed things a bit and now I cannot figure out how to create a support ticket.

Did any of you get charged for shipping and does anyone know how to create a support ticket now?

EDIT: I just created at ticket for "Receive the wrong item" and included some random images for the required images... it was the only way I could figure out how to communicate with them.

I didn't get charged for shipping but my order was very small. No idea how to create a support ticket. So sorry.

The support ticket link is in your profile, under your orders, my tickets, start a new ticket. I made a small order yesterday, free ship. I think the only time there was a charge was for an internal battery mod, since that needs to go by a different carrier.
