Anyone ever tried a vaporesso GT2 0.4 ohm coil? Considering getting a few to try, the price is right.

I don't vape that low ohms, nor high enough wattage to use them. But a friend really likes them. She says she gets really great flavor from them since they're Claptons.

Happy New Years all!

Are you seeing them at a price better than $4.19 per pack? GT2 Coils: 0.4 ohm (3 pack) $5.99 and welcome30 gets you 30% off (If so, let me know).

I have no more room in my freezer either. I’m just putting the extra in the fridge section and using it first. Hoping for the best. Did you say you only had 750 ml? Are you planning on going zero nic? If not, go to heartland vapes and get some of that cheap nic.
Yeah. I have about 750 ml. I'm currently at about 3 mg per milliliter. But when I mix myself I usually aim for about 2 mg/ml. And yeah I basically don't see myself using nicotine forever I'd like to phase it out for the most part I think that the hand to mouth and the flavor is the strongest part of my addiction.

Now I know that our best plans often come to ruin which is why I got the nicotine in the first place so that I could gradually step down.

At least on the calculator it says I should be good for 10 years roundabout I don't know if I did the calculator right though. I also have 500ml of 3mg/ml and 500ml of 6mg/ml which I intend on adding VG and PG to, to bring it down probably to around 2 mg per milliliter. And then I have a ton of pre-made juice somewhere in the vicinity of 2500ml.

I don't know I just feel like long-term I'm more likely to not be able to keep the products Frozen or stable or lose them or something then I am to actually see the end of my stash.

It still makes me really anxious I mean I could be doing the calculator wrong. If anyone feels like checking up on that that would be really cool. Here's the input values if anyone wants to check my math. I'll adjust for spillage or shorts in the initial product since I didnt check.

3mg/ml @ 6ml/day
700 ml of 100mg/ml nicotine
How many years would that likely last?

You are using 18 mg of nicotine per day.
You have 70,000 mg of nicotine
70,000 / 18 = 3888 days = 10.65 years.

Here we are 2020! Here's a good video on rebuilding smok baby TFV8 coils, looks like this would apply to all the coils in this category. He also has a video on rewickng mesh coils. Good to know!

Actually given that take apart in the video making your own coil to go in it wouldn't be all that difficult.

It's cool to see the rebuild videos, though in my case I'd use an rba or rta [emoji3]
I on the other hand think its good to know so I save old coils for potential rebuild in future if necessary. I do use rba and rta as much as possible at this point. A time might come though when those fail and I am on to my stash of drop ins. At which point being able to rebuild them is a good thing.

I pulled the trigger on some stuff from FT. Annoying that most of the money was spent on duplicates and parts instead of new toys. We could have delayed stocking to this very day and may be for some months to come but having it has given me more restful sleep. I'm glad the early stash was the bare minimum so there is money left for newer designs.

Somewhere out there
I was also reading about mesh coils, to make higher ohms you cut the area smaller, so I think I might try that on a drop in mesh coil to experiment to see if it works before I give up on them. Or I could just rebuild them using a coil like video shows.

Yep and if successful it would make the super cheap low ohm coils some picked up rebuildable to something preferred. Me I don't mind the low ohms. My concern is when my supply of regulated mods fails I have a huge supply of very low ohm coils that would be lower than I am comfortable running on a mech. Being able to rebuild those coils would let me rebuild them higher ohm and inside my comfort zone for mech use.

The Brunhilde mtl rta ordered on 11/22 may finally show tomorrow (unless the Syracuse PO decides to kick it to Rochester first - been known to happen) [emoji106]

If it's as good as the reviews indicate I'll probably order a second. I tend to find that if djlsb calls something a good restricted dl it matches what I like. The coupon code is still working to bring it in at $31 shipped, not sure if it would be worth waiting for CNY sales (this might be the best price to expect).

I hope you enjoy it. I have truly enjoyed mine and bought a second. The only downside (besides its height, which for me is not a downside) is you really must use a needle tip eliquid bottle or else you must be very careful. I spill a few drops down the side filling it every time, and since eliquid is precious now (I can’t source the exact same ADV I’ve been using for years and only have a few bottles left) it is just safer to do it the right way and fill with a needle tip.

But building it is a cinch, wicking it is practically failproof, the airflow options are great, and if you like its appearance, that is a bonus. I did set aside my KF2019 for the Brunhilde, but that being said, the KF2019 works just as well for me, but the Brunhilde does appeal to me aesthetically.
