Somewhere out there
I don't think that's what happened, at least with my orders. In fact, they emailed me about 1 order that had 3 of a particular item in it...that was out of stock by the time they were pulling the order. They asked if I wanted to wait for them to restock it or just ship without it and refund me for the items. I chose the refund and they shipped the order that afternoon.

However, based on which orders I've placed that have come quickly, and which have been really slow to ship...it makes me wonder if they're filling orders that contain fewer items first, instead of according to order date. Maybe they're trying to get as many packages out as quickly as possible, and since a smaller order takes less "picking time"...it's possible, IMO. IDK, but my orders that have contained 100+ boxes of various coils and other items, too,...have taken the longest to ship. Those with 10 items or less have shipped before them...date ordered didn't matter.
I just realized that 8vape also drop ships for other vape shops. I ordered ijoy exo s rba's from Vapin Iron and I got a call from them saying they were out and they actually had ijoy T1 RTA's and would they work. I said not sure, and if they don't can I return them and they said yes. Well the T1's were drop shipped from 8vape. So they are being returned but I am waiting to see where, 8vape or Iron Vapin. The Iron Vapin webpage still shows them in stock, but they are out of stock on ijoy exo s rba's.

I read about their drop ship program yesterday.

With all our stocking up recently,I doubt the lot of us could scrape together a million dollars today
Well it is Sunday and the banks are closed. :p
I swear I don’t remember stocking up being this expensive last time
I guess I'm the only one here who stocked up "the last time" and sees no reason or need to do so again?

Believe it or not, we had 4 atty connection options in 2010. 901 wasn't quite as popular as 808's and 801's and none were as popular as 510's so they slowly died away. they made/make adapters so you can use different ones so a 510 atty could be used on a 901 connection.

i remember owning an Indulgence mod that came with all 4 adapters.
I still have all those adaptors somewhere

You are the rare one :) I added quite a bit and glad I did. Other batt size mods and more tanks, RDA's and squonkers:) It's been fun!

I stocked in 2016 but my vaping preferences changed some. So my stocking is more accommodating that than anything else. Also I know now how inadequately I stocked back then. It was things from back then giving up the ghost that led to me trying a few new things which is what caused the shift in preference.

In other news. Did you know you can lose the PV you are vaping in the grand mess of stuff you are sorting for storage.

I found it in the back of the top shelf of the cabinet. I apparently tried to store it with other similar mods. This is going to be a LONG day :p

I guess if I was into a second round now, I would be asking myself what I did wrong the last time, and what I could learn from that, in order to be confident I'm getting it right this time, cause I sure wouldn't want to count on having a third chance.

Yeah I am trying hard not to think about how many extra screws the guys had after putting the cabinet together.

    Those are spares..no big deal.

The xhaler mod I have came with different brass top caps and an adapter to fit them all.

I forgot about the xhaler. I sold mine early on but I have a clone somewhere. I don't think the clone has adapters.

Cool new toys... some with features you will never use or rarely use! Voice activated controls, touch screens, one of mine plays mp3's and holds photos to show on the screen, one is also a bluetooth speaker, lmao... I like that the revenger x that I got 3 of the kits for has a clock on it.

But in the end I think it is about tech that is superior to what was available back in 2016, that and you can get 2016 tech at a fraction of the cost as most of that stuff is on clearance if you can find it, plus because that tech is now at least 3 years old you can read reviews to get a better idea of what will last. Factory drop in coils have come a long way in 3 years, as have some of the RTA's. sub-ohm is more common now than then so the product diversity and availability in that area is far greater. Not to mention it is just fun to have new toys to look forward to in the future and extra insurance by increasing your stash give more piece of mind. Diversity in my stash was also very important to me rather than putting all of my eggs into a few baskets on the outside chance there is a common problem with some of my inventory. I also have never squonked, but might want to some day, so I bought 12 squonks and a wide variety of BF RDAs, just in case I wanted to in the future.

There are probably countless other reasons why people are adding to their stockpile, but those are the ones that came to mind for me.

In 2016 I stocked mostly Provari's and KF Lite+ and I still love those but glad I have some other new things too :)

I had a couple of Drew's Xhaler's. Long since pif'ed to people who just didn't know about ecigs. They were the first real "mods" I purchased.

I love the waterproof dust proof and shockproof mods, I have so may Aegis now, so that was fun :)
And I’ve accidentally tested the shock proof on my solo and it’s still just fine. It’s one of my favs. Love my gazillion solos!

Ah but do you have 100 meters of silica wick in your stash of old stuff? That's what I just found in mine. ;)
