Then they should be fired IMHO. No need to pay for substandard work. But I truly believe most people, not all, but most work to the best of their ability and should be compensated justly.
I'll agree with that to a point. There are alot of people that are not trained properly or are poorly managed.

i am an 'extreme tipper' when i eat out,, there is this one,, that no matter the time of day,, we get this one waitress who will knowingly serve you cold coffee,, so we leave if we get seated in her area. and everytime we get seated in someone elses area we get great service and hot coffee,, and they get a very good tip. i have talked to the mgr about this,, but he doesnt really care. the only reason i eat there every now and then is because the cook does a really good job on 2 items i want to eat.
That's a perfect response. Maybe if more people did what you do the manager would get the message.

Totally agree except if I wanted hot coffee, I would ask for it until I received it. Even if it means to ask another employee of that restaurant. By leaving it untouched, she may assume you just don't want it. Plus asking someone else to do her job because she failed at it will get the managers attention much quicker.

there is no assuming,, she and i talked about it,, why do you give me cold coffee knowing its cold? we have had this conversation a few times.......because of her stupidity,, i make sure when i get a good server i very much over tip,, word gets back on customers who tip well. its not uncommon for me to leave a $50 tip on a $15 meal

The problem with calculating the mortality rate is, testing is scarce. We have no idea how many cases there are, but we seem to be getting sort of accurate numbers on the deaths.

I’m not saying it’s not more deadly than flu. It likely is. But it’s highly possible there are more unreported sick people than reported ones. Not only are test kits not available, but also, how many symptomatic people haven’t bothered to even go to their doctors?
But that would be the same for the regular flu.... although with all of the hype I would expect a higher percentage to report being sick now vs. the normal flu.

I found a place online that has a reasonable price for 10 packs of the 3m 8211 masks. Created an account, called, they confirmed availability, ordered 2 packs.

The 8211 has the cool flow exhaust valve, much nicer when the weather warms up [emoji106]

On the vape order front, all of my ft orders show clean shipping info on 17track.

Can we just have ONE thread on ECF that doesn't get derailed, please.

Maybe, but that's likely only possible if you started a new one. ;) This one and many others have already been derailed multiple times, especially in the last few months.

Walmart still had tp but slim pickings. Alcohol gone, rice almost gone, Lysol I got the last two. I’m done stocking for Coronavirus for me and my parents...for now. It will get worse once my state gets the first case. Kinda like vaping...I won’t need to buy anything for a while.

I see a lot of unfair things at work...but most times the managers and directors have worked or trained or schooled for their higher pay and have more important duties. There are different classes of people in the world and that is just reality.

:2c:

Gotta go finish cutting the grass.

Has anyone tried nude nic tobacco flavors? I bought a sample that’s pg free and I was wondering is it good?
You won’t know unless you try it. Palates are so varied. One person’s ADV is anothers dump down the sink. Try making 5-10 ml. Enough to try, not so much it’s wasting nic.

If anyone is looking for an aspire bvc rba (not nautilus...think spryte/K1/etc); the artery pal rba (not the hippovape one) is exactly the same size as the bvc coil.
Also, smok baby prince rba is the same physical size as the drop-in coil (maybe a hair wider at the top. I haven’t tested it yet.

Montana -

A 120-day ban on the sale of flavored E-liquid and vapor products was implemented back on 12/18/19 due to the national outbreak of lung illnesses...14 days past the original 2/20/20 vape ban end date .. sale of vapor products remains prohibited.

...vape shop owners, including Deanna Marshall, said they will resume selling flavored E-liquid and vapor products on February 20th despite the Bullock Administration saying the temporary ban will be in effect until April 15th. “We gotta do what we gotta do. ... The law is the law is the law. If we have to go to court again, we’ll go to court again, but we will be selling our products on February 20th as the law states...

Deanna Marshall states her stores have lost more than 60% of their revenue since the temporary ban took effect.
