Question: Is the ban on online sales for New York prohibits all vape stuff? Or just for flavored juice?
  • Effective 45 days after being signed into law
    • Sales of vapor products in flavors other than tobacco are prohibited.
    • The prohibition does not apply to any flavored product that has received a premarket approval order (PMTA) from the Food and Drug Administration (this provision does NOT defer to the federal standard allowing manufacturers to market products for one year following FDA’s acceptance of their PMTA application).
    • Online sales are banned (vaping is folded into the same provision that bans shipment of cigarettes to consumers). The penalty for selling or shipping a vapor product to a consumer in NY is a Class A misdemeanor and carries a fine of $5000 or $100 per vapor product.
    • A person other than a common or contract carrier can still transport vapor products, but there is now a limit of 500 milliliters or 3 grams of nicotine.
    • Vapor manufacturers must post a detailed ingredient list including a disclosure of “the nature and extent of investigations and research performed by or for the manufacturer concerning the effects on human health of such product or its ingredients.” Manufacturers are also required to list “each byproduct that may be introduced into vapor produced during the normal use of such e-cigarette.” NOTE: This requirement does not apply to any other tobacco product
I wonder if that means NYers can still buy PG / VG (on-line) or IF vendors want to 'risk' possible fines?
As far as MVS- I guess they cannot sell non tobacco flavored juice, BUT from the above (supplied by CASA)- I wonder if they can ship out-side on NY? (it says"..cannot sell to a consumer in NY...")

Might be a problem if buying from vape vendors. Many probably won't ship to NY due to this because many/most/all? have "vape" in their name and do not ship discreetly. So it would be a risk for them.

But NY vapers can still buy PG and VG from other places that aren't vape-related businesses.

Nic base is a problem, though lol

I'm around 170 gt ccell and ccell 2 ceramic heads for all my babybeast compatible tanks, 95 fireluke nx2 for the pair of fireluke tanks, and probably 120 EUC ceramic heads for my pair of Veco tanks.

(Still gotta post a classy for my pair of kanger tanks and 130 0.5 ohm heads [emoji3])

I took my time, caught good sales.

Last armour pro arrived, so I'm at 3, as did the black sleeve via aliexpress. I did order a pair of the translucent sleeves on the recent ft sale.

Given my preferred setup is actually a squonker with an rda or squonking rdta I think I'm set for toppers. I could run multiple years without building anything.

Let me know when you post your kanger tanks. I might be interested depending on what they are.

Kangerwholesale has good sales, haven’t had any unsolvable issues over the years. Sign up for emails so you get alerts for their sales, but don’t dawdle because they get cleaned out quick. Central Vapor has cheap clone nautilus coils, @ $6 a box. I have found them to be as reliable as the authentics, but you’ll get dissenting views once people see this. They’re a little willy-nilly sometimes on getting orders correct, but the couple of times it’s happened they’ve corrected immediately. I diy/no sweetener added so I don’t know if that makes a difference in why I have good luck with the clones.
Did you want to add any RTAs, or is it just mods you need right now?
I’m so happy you mentioned the bvc coils from central vapers. I procrastinated until they were sold out on the .7’s and will watch for back in stock. Thanks!!

It's a Toptank mini, some extra glass, Protank 4, and 26 5-packs of 0.5 ohm Claptons. I tried one of the Claptons in the TTM, good coils, but decided to go all in on the Vaporesso ceramics.

I have a bunch(150+} of the coils myself but have been thinking about getting some extra tanks.

I ordered 1 gal PG and 2 gal VG. Hope I get it.

I feel for you, the not knowing

The one good thing (if you can use that phrase anymore) is that while COVID-19 has been the thing, our pollies at home here in Australia havent moved beyond voting a motion to ban liquid nicotine imports in the country

While the Coppervape Skyline comes with glass, FT also has poly replacement ones. Good MTL tank, imo.
    Thanks for the suggestions.

States including NY are suddenly in the worst financial condition ever. They would be biased in favor of preserving tobacco taxes. I wonder how NY'ers will adapt. I wonder the same about MA which banned vape stuff some months back. May be hard to find out since now it's a black market.

There is a similar report from china and the US surveying risk factors. They seem to have similar results for smokers who are so under represented compared to the known number of smokers it suggests that smoking is protective against the virus.

I wouldnt be so quick to come to that conclusion. It might also suggest that they didnt gather that information about smoking in their demographics.

They killed their golden goose. They should have just taxed all vape eliquid the same as cigs.

Many did not, but some did.

This preliminary analysis does not support the argument that current smoking is a risk factor for hospitalization for COVID-19.
He says evidence warrants further study of the effect of nicotine on Covid19.

I cannot believe Cuomo has passed a flavor ban for vaping. At the very least vaping is say equal to smoking as far as risk to the user’s health. Now we vapers all know that it’s nowhere near as damaging to the user’s health as smoking but even biased against vaping the worst you could say is they are equally terrible for you. So with that the case why in god’s name would he effectively kill legitimate vaping, all the jobs and tax revenues that come with it in a time when we need jobs and the government needs tax money more then ever? I’m mean there is no way the lobbyists are giving him enough money to make up for the damage to the economy that cannot take anymore blows. The guy is soooo stupid I just want to slap some sense into the dingbat and I don’t even live in New York. I hate to say this but Cuomo should catch this virus and die. His decisions could be catastrophic and I am all for the kill one to save many philosophical dilemma. He’s so stupid he’s dangerous.

Personally, while I may strongly disagree with a lot that's been said and done as far as vaping restrictions, bans, etc. and the people who make those happen...it would never cross my mind to say/wish that any of them would catch COVID-19, nor that it would kill them. ;)
