I just now found out that LitecigUSA.net is no more. Apparently they closed their B&M stores back in May, stating that their state's vapor tax made them barely profitable and then the forced COVID19 closures was the "final nail in the coffin". Said they were gonna stay open online, but looks like that's no longer the case. That was a legacy vape retailer - been around for a long time.

When the FT 15% off coupon was active I wanted to get another half dozen of the GS-H5 clearomizers to add to my stash but found them discontinued. I was able to find them elsewhere at nearly as good price from a U.S. site. So now I'm really really done...unless the zmax mini's continue to be offered after tomorrow - especially if they drop the price.
In the twittersphere Dimitris, youtuber, smokershow, etc. writes there is no restriction on importing vape stuff for personal use. I have a FT order pending that might ship tomorrow. Still no regrets. My favorite mods and atomizer are still what I stocked up 4-5 years ago. If it's still possible to buy nic it will be business as usual on the ecig forum, until our dear government passes more laws.
Vape products are deemed "tobacco products". There are regulations as to how and which "tobacco products" can be imported, even for personal use.

If a tobacco product is not PMTA accepted/approved or is not exempt from PMTA approval, it would be against regulations to import it, even for personal use. I say "regulations" because I'm not going to pretend it is actual law, because I don't know.
I don't understand the legality of all this nonsense since we no longer have a functioning FDA since 2016

Talked with a lady at Eliquid.com earlier today. Mentioned that I had tried to use my points to buy some things while I still could...since as of midnight tomorrow night...things that a PMTA app. hasn't been filed on, but was required...becomes illegal to sell. Told her that info was available in FDA statements made lately. She told me, no...it can still be sold. After some back and forth, she said their people in charge of keeping up on the FDA and PMTA "stuff", received some info last week that said that applied to manufacturers only, so they were going to continue to sell. Nothing I could say to her would change her mind.
So, it'll definitely be interesting for the next weeks and months to come...seeing what really does and does not happen. What she stated also might be a reason that more vendors online didn't drastically reduce inventory to get rid of it, like Eight Vape and some others did.

It will be interesting to see what happens with this barely functioning government we have these days. So much going on that I hardly see FDA able to function on vaping. But we shall see.
