Boy, I have a gripe with that company. I placed an order last month and they switched the item to something else because they were actually OOS of what I ordered. I contacted them and they sent a shipping label to return the package.
They got the returned package two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my $78 refund. I've sent an email each day for the last week about it, and haven't gotten a reply or a refund yet.
Sounds to me like you're headed for the supplier negative review thread. How did you pay? You might be able to file a dispute with your credit card company. Or at least tell them you are going to do that if you don't get the refund by a certain date. Most companies hate charge backs.
