Exactly!I normally run about 0.35 - 0.4 ohms with zero worries.
Current = Voltage/resistance. With a fresh battery at a full 4.2V (they tend to drop to around 3.7 fairly soon), that's 12 amps - pretty trivial for modern batteries.
At 0.7 ohms you would only draw 6A at 4.2 V - if you use any recommended-for-vaping battery it should exceed that.
Edit: I give myself a very big margin for safety. Which is why I don't run batteries with less than a 20 amp max continuous discharge rating. That however is entirely a personal choice.
