I also started looking at the coils before use, take out the bottom gold pin and push down the center leg into the grommet so the gold pin goes in more flush on the grommet. I did that on the 1 ohm and no leaks :) I love the flavor on the Vinci, haven't tried the X yet.

I got the X and 2X for review.

For a last minute, I want to try this, type of purchase, I'm really glad I did on these pods. Much better quality than the earlier pods. Definitely nice for grab & go devices. They are all nice to look at too :)

My favorite is the Thelema pod but haven’t seen a 510 adapter for it yet.

I never heard of that one!

It’s made by lost vape. I reviewed it a while back and bought a second one. They use ultra boost coils or there’s an rba but it’s kind of small to build on. It’s built in battery though. I don’t know if that’s a deal breaker.

I didn't know there was a 2X. I just tried the .8 ohm coil, pushed the center wire down and no leaks. It seems like the mesh are the leakers for me. I like the round coils best.

The 2X takes 18650. I never tried the original so am not sure how much different they are yet. I have some research to do.

Well I have the original Vinci & Vinci X, they did not have air flow control except to rotate the pod. I actually blocked 3 holes with tape and that works. It looks like the 2's have different pods and air control but still take same PnP coils.

Yes at this point I am going for external batteries. I did buy the Vinci internal batt by mistake but I like it, smaller than the X.

Yes, both of the new ones have 6.5ml pods and a slider air control like the drag x and a few others have.

If you mean X 2, both X and X 2 are 18650. The big differences between the X and X 2 seems to be +10W, +1ml, Type C charging, and over all aesthetics. Possibly an airflow tweak?

Yes that’s what I meant. There’s the 2 and the X 2. I have so many right now for review I’m having trouble keeping the names straight.

The Vinci 2 with the built in battery also has auto draw. I’m not sure if the original did or not.
Hmmm not sure, I don't like auto draw but I'll check if it has it. Might be in settings. Yep, it does, it's in the settings.

This of course comes after I order 5x bottles of 4 oz flavor for $12.50 a piece, now $6.24 on River. The five bottles was really being stocked up, dare I order more? What's the shelf life on flavor? Can I freeze it? I know all these questions have been asked and answered, forgive my poor memory.

Thanks for all the replies. Upon further review they only had V1 Danish Swirl and I vape V2. So I didn't miss out on a good price, now I feel better.

I do have about 3.5 years worth so that's nice.

First vape on the OXVA 1.0 ohm coil with air flow ring. I love that ability to adjust air flow. Very nice vape but not quite as smooth as the Vinci, but flavor is great. I love that you can use any 510 drop tip with this pod. Since I do MTL, I used a taller drip tip. No leaking.
The battery goes in positive down, so I have to remember that. Batt Amps need to be 25 or higher or you get a weak battery notice. Next I'll try the RDTA and see how that works :) Having fun trying these out.
Oh one thing about OXVA I don't care for is the button is round robin, so to change watts you have to go thru the whole range. It would be nicer to have Up and down buttons.

If I remember correctly, the vaporesso pm40 was like that where there's only one way the wattage adjustment goes.
Maybe it's common in pods?? I haven't kept up on pods LOL I do like the convenience, but they all seem to have some issue.

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
First vape on the OXVA 1.0 ohm coil...Batt Amps need to be 25 or higher or you get a weak battery notice.

That very odd. You shouldn't need a 25A battery to vape on a 1 ohm coil.

EDIT: what I meant by this is at 1 ohm you aren't likely vaping at a wattage that would require such a high amp battery.

I've had this "weak battery" problem happen to me when I use old batteries at too high a wattage. The battery sag is too much and therefore the voltage drops below the mod's low voltage cut-off, causing weak batter and other errors.

Makes me think that the pod system is defective or highly inefficient, causing major battery voltage sag or something, or your battery's health is shot (high internal resistance will cause major sag).
