¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I fail to see how changing passwords would help since if they hacked the first time, they can do it again after you change the password.

This is true. But making things harder for them is the idea. When I suggested changing your password, it was implied "to something harder to crack". These people use crackers so the more elaborate your password is the longer and tougher it will be to crack even if they have access to a backdoor already. The reason they got access to these old accounts is likely because they had really easy passwords to crack (and/or the passwords were on a database that the cracker uses).

FWIW, I use a password manager so using harder-to-crack but also hard-to-remember passwords is possible without worrying about remembering them, like &@zWU6$*N^qiQ4. It randomly generates them for me if I ask it to. In fact, I use 2 password managers in case one gets compromised or otherwise unusable for whatever reason. EDITED TO ADD: Yes, it sounds like a pain, and it kinda is to a degree, but I feel better using two. I'd like to use 3 or 4 password managers but I won't do that until someone develops a password manager manager

Please don't take this personally but there are many who feel as you do.

And considering many people use very simple to hack passwords, you are correct. Also consider there are a good number of people who use the same password across multiple platforms. Like using the same PW for forums, online stores, banking and credit card sites. Not very bright! o_O

Using a password like F*offz3gHosts4bonehEaded%x8knoBshiNes2$ makes for a password that is much harder to hack. PW is an example, not mine. :D Any password depends on how secure a platform is.

Having spent a lifetime in mainframe based IT, data communications and IT/IS security for large corporations and Fed Gov, I can tell you it is absolutely worth your while to regularly change passwords. I do, because I know what can, and does, happen. :)

I have many horror stories I could share.

Oh, I change mine fairly often and I have used the password managers. My dd is a system analyst/data programmer. I know how easy it is for hackers (the good ones, hate to say good in the same context) can crack into most anything as they have with the gov. I don't think they are particularly interested in ecf members other than to spam with yucky junk and I get that in email in spite of all the blockers and protections.

I am not suggesting that folks not change the pw, just saying I am not overly concerned with it on ecf.

Same here. If it was for a kronos application or for work or maybe banking. I change those all the time. But here they are not going to get much information except that I vape. No worries for me. If they target me..just means I'll have more time not playing on the internet.

Hey guys, not dead, just got a lot on my plate. Any last minute orders going on or has the tap been cut off for real this time?

I did read up enough to know to change my password. Looks like I had a trash one here anyways so now I'm more secure.

Wow, shipping is 68.00 on 4 items, I will pass.
Healthcabin will ship from several different warehouses if you don't pick one and stick with it. Each will charge a base price between $11ish and $20ish depending on the size/weight/special delivery needs/etc. Kind of limits your choices on what you can get, but if you don't mind various different colors, each item will often ship from different warehouses based on your color choice, or some even give you the option of where you want it shipped from. Stick with one, and it's usually not so bad based on the sale prices.

Like Z-Lee has mentioned, they have five different warehouses. If you shop and your items are in each warehouse, you get hit for shipping for each one. You can shop at from one warehouse if you like. Then you pay for just one warehouse. There is nothing in the East US Warehouse right now btw.

    HealthCabin Shenzhen Warehouse
    HealthCabin Hong Kong Warehouse
    HealthCabin US Warehouse
    HealthCabin Eastern US Warehouse
    HealthCabin Liquid Warehouse
