I use the password manager KeePass. I have about a 150 entries in it and I know none of those passwords, because KP has created all of them, and they're all different. I only have to remember 2 or 3 passwords, one of them being my KP password. Even if I can't remember what password I used to lock my computer, I can use my phone or another computer to access KP.

IIRC, VS always had high shipping quotes form their US warehouse. It's their way of keeping their prices "competitive". Like so many ebay sellers who list a small item for $1 then charge $40 for shipping lol.
Of course it is, why do you think USPS is the mediator? Its literally just a flat tax on every single shipment of vape supplies. $16 being the minimum ive ever seen. Usually something like $18 for me.
This is on a $100 purchase, so the $16 for USPS shipping here is on the lower end from what I've seen anywhere, both from the US and abroad. I pointed this out mostly because of the USPS delivery option which supposedly is unavailable to us?
Try purchasing $100 from 8vape, MyVPro, or vapordna (without a free shipping threshold) and see if you can get S&H/Adult siggy/Taxes to remain under $17.

Not everyone is adhering to PACT Act. There is at least one nic vendor who is shipping nic via USPS. Some places just don't GAF.

They likely haven't figured out their new shipping carriers yet. I got an e-mail from them now long ago where they were offering a $40 gift certificate to allow a gps tracker to be mailed to you, and then have you return it to them so they can see how efficient their carrier options are.
What annoys me is ive never heard of a signature FEE till now. Rather I remember back in the day when you would have to just sign packages with no added fee.
What does that come to w/out the free shipping threshold? Also, I'm surprised there's no sales tax - state/county/city.
