Heartland has always been primarily business-to-business. My theory as to the reason they sell nic cheaper than anyone else is for the same reason a local greenhouse in my area sells a professional potting mix at break-even price to the public (they use this potting mix to grow their own seedlings). In order for them to get the potting mix at a good price, they have to buy X pallets per quarter. To ensure they maintain that ordering level, they sell it at a break-even price to the consumer.

Maybe heartland is doing the same. Heartland sells nic to other businesses as well as makes juices by contract under your own brand name. Maybe they sell nic at a break-even price to consumer (or small profit margin) to help maintain a certain ordering level that gets them a better price with their nic supplier.

Hard to say.

Others sell nic higher because they have to since they buy a lot less. Perhaps they are retail only or a majority of their business. It's also possibly they are buying from domestic suppliers, like heartland and others.

Again, hard to say.

Before I started DIY, I'd been vaping heartland's house juices for may years. I'm not dead or sick...yet.

Well apparently heartland is back to wholesale only again so they are no longer "the cheapest" lol

Ordered 1L from Heartland Vapes, received this:
Unfortunately (due to the PACT ACT) we will be unable to fill this order for you unless you have a retail vape shop. Please let us know if you do, and send over the documents for your shop so we can fill this and get the shipping arranged for you. Otherwise, let us know and we will cancel and refund the order. Thank you.

Are you sure that's correct? I just went to their site, logged in, added a liter to my cart and went all the way to where I enter credit card information and it didn't say anything about them being wholesale only.

Thanks for letting me know. I guess I would have gotten the message after I submitted the order then.

Well apparently that's the way they perfectvape are possibly doing it, too. Yet they could just set their sites to wholesale only so as to not waste people's time.

Best thing to do at this point is to contact nic vendors before placing an order. Some of them, even though they are selling at retail, are not shipping to certain states yet they don't disable those states from their shopping cart systems. I suspect most vape retailers don't have any sort of in-house web/IT people and probably pay outside companies to make simple settings changes at $500 a pop, so they don't bother and just do things the hard way instead.

Delosi (NicBase.com) and Nic Giant may be the best cheapest options at this point. But by cheap I mean like $80+/liter after shipping. NN is too unreliable as they go out of stock on liters frequently. But they are another one to check that's under $90/liter after shipping. 50ml seems to always be in stock, but at $8/50ml you're talking $160/liter

IIRC, the great sea monkey debacle was remedied once the normal CS person came back from vacation. I guess their operation hinges on one person to hold everything together nicely.

Maybe... This was about the Last Update I saw.

It’s been awhile. Just here to update yall who’s still interested.

It’s been about a month and still zero response from Nicotine Giant. Floaties are still there living happily.

I filed a dispute to the bank and it’s in the process of awaiting contact from Nicotine Giant.

I bought whole another set of DIY products elsewhere and of course no floaties from other vendors.

Byebye Nicotine Giant, thank you for my new pet, sea monkeys!

I also just checked my order history and everything 2 or more years are gone. That's new.
2 years must be some kind of standard or something for them. Once or thrice they credited my account for something being discontinued or something and not being listed as so in their software and the credit was only 'creditable' for two years.

Fasttech has always purged order history on their main site as far as I can remember. But you can get further back on the mobile site. They purge that, too, but mine goes back to 2015. Should go back to 2014, though. FT has also been purging products so there will be a lot of blank product spots in your past orders.

Amazon purges, too. I think you have like 3 years.

Weird, my Amazon purchase history goes back to 2000. Maybe they do it by the number of orders back and not by year. I think my eBay history only goes back for the past 3 years. Here's my first Amazon purchase (a CD) back on April 22, 2000 when I just checked my orders just now.

Read the bulletin, doesn't look that scary. Still wondering why heartland nic is so cheap compared to the others.
I was a little concerned about this line towards the end:

“e-cigarette devices and pods should be closed system to prevent refilling [with] illegal substances.”

Unsure if this will apply to exports.

edited: no idea why these lines are crossed through. Can't get rid of it.

Yeah well... FDA seems to be doing the same thing. It looks like it's the future of e-cigarettes I'm afraid. :(
