I stopped in to check out a Blue Monkey Vapes store that wasn't too far away from the job I was at today. They have all their rda/RTA stock on clearance, for a while now I guess though they still had a rather large amount left yet. Not sure what gems I might have missed out on, but at $5 each I took a chance on a few that I hadn't done any research on.
Picked up a Wismec Bellerophon and a few OG Serpent RTAs, as well as The Troll, Drop Dead, and Freakshow V2 RDAs.
The lot of them cost about the same as my first OG Serpent that I picked up from a different shop.
They also had the 3 packs of Baby Beast glass, so I grabbed two of those as well.
I was hoping to find a box mod that I couldn't live without, but nothing really sung to me there.
Probably for the best anyway.
Edit: Haha, looks like I should look closer before buying!
I did not get The Troll after all, well I got the Troll inner box and outer sleeve but the foam insert actually contained another Freakshow V2!
Some of the RDAs were in a clearance tub (others were in a display case) so it must have got put back in the wrong box after someone checked it out. No point switching out because all were $5 each.
Oh well, can't really complain for the price!

Hey all. Found out today Dad is running out of Top Tanks. Yes of course I told him buy more and he told me he had all he needed and yet here we are two year later. Anyways...
Anyone know of a place to locate Kanger Top Tanks? Or just the base? Or any type of other tank that would take an SSOCC coil? Trying to get it so he can finish out all of his coils he did stock up on.

Are those the round coils or square ones? I have a bunch of the round ones. I don’t remember the name of the tanks I bought that use them. I think two are not authentic.

Here you go. These are listed as subtank mini bases but the toptank mini and subtank mini use the same base. Toptank wasn't out when these were introduced to FT catalog (2015).

Does anyone know if China's on some sort of vacation? I entered a contest for a surprise pack It's probably non vape related because it is vaporesso and I am in the states, but still. I won after it seemed like they were kind of reluctant to even announce it. And then they had said that there would be three winners and They only chose one which was me. But that was on like the 16th April when they announced the winner maybe the 19th I think it was the 16th I don't feel like checking my DMs. I haven't heard back. So on Saturday I asked for a tracking number. And then again on Wednesday through DM and now I've posted on the actual thread 2 days ago and nothing.
I wouldn't necessarily expect it to be here but it also hasn't shown up on my informed delivery. But I would expect for them to have shipped it at least told me why it hasn't been shipped in the last 20 some odd days.
The contest was regarding posting at a very specific minute of the day regarding their rebrand. I guess I should have guessed that the rebrand was going to be ignoring the forum lol

There was "International Workers Day" which is a long weekend holiday in China. It's over but might be part of the delay. I hear tell of extreme anti-covid measures going on there. May be causing a problem. ???

Oh yeah that could very well be causing an issue. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt which is why I was curious if there is something going on and for some reason I just didn't even think about that. That could definitely be hindering things. Hittman brought up a very good point in asking has the individual been posting and yes they have almost every single day. So it could be hindering the shipping still but doesn't appear that there's a reason for it to have hindered them in communicating to me. But good thoughts
Yes nearly every day. That was a good thought I was like oh they are having the covid thing and they apparently did have a holiday. But yeah there have been posts almost every day this week. Advertisement posts anyways I haven't seen them communicating with anyone but there hasn't been much for a member interaction with the posts so maybe that's why

Unfortunately that seems to be a trend with reps here lately. Three reviewers here on ECF can't get the Geekvape rep to respond to messages despite the fact the person is posting on their section of the forum. You would think after writing reviews for years for them that you could at least get an answer as to why all communication has been dropped. I will see if I can get in touch with the Vaporesso rep and mention your issue.
When I did reviews for GV, all communication suddenly stopped. I asked about it and was told "lol, we have to give other people a chance to review" even though the same two or three were doing all the reviews on ECF. So I concluded they decided they didn't want me cause I don't write pages and pages of stuff to be waded through. Suits me just fine.
I have had a couple contest wins take forever to arrive. I just chalk it up as it didn't cost me anything so if it comes, great and if it doesn't, oh well.

I appreciate it. It would just be nice to know that they do indeed remember and that they are either working on it or simply forgot to give me the tracking number and it's already in the mail coming from another country
