I actually don't pull the vapor into my lungs. I just kinda suck it into my mouth, hold it there for a few seconds and then release through mouth and nose. I figured I had done enough damage to my lungs during my 45+ years of smoking so am trying to give them a very long rest. I suspect the nic is absorbed by both mouth and nose about as well as the lungs absorb it.

My Freedom Smokes ? That was a good price for that time. I too bought some of mine when they ran sales. I am thinking I got some of it for as low as $35.00 for a liter of 100mg back in 2012/13
Ahhh ok that makes sense!! Whatever works for us and keeps us from smoking is a good thing!

Where do you live. I’m going to sell a couple of liters at some point. But it would have to be picked up.

My post was basically an update on the state of nic base availability in the USA because I keep a blog post of sources. It's also nice to keep this thread open. But I personally don't need any.

Looks like Nude Nicotine may have gone out of business, Their site has had the "This store is unavailable" Shopify page for long enough now that it can't be maintenance.

PerfectVape seems to have stopped selling 100mg nic concentrate at retail. 24mg is the highest you can buy without a wholesale account.

Two months ago I ordered some nicotine from Central Vapors, took a few weeks to get my order.

NN closure wasn't really a surprise to me. Since USPS regs, they've taken their site down and it seemed most of the time they were always out of stock. I suspect maybe they were taking orders from over the phone? Surprised the site has been up this long. Who knows, maybe they will put it back up again.

I expect the demand for DIY supplies has been dropping after the open system market as a whole got choked off. I doubt there are very many new people entering into DIY at this point while the existing customer base is shrinking as they move to disposables, stop vaping or die off.

Glad we were here for the golden years and prepared for this. Sad for so many that are stuck with what's left of the market.

Yeah, ECF isn't really a microsocm of the market anymore. Reddit is. Most vapers are pod vapers who mostly don't DIY and dispo vapers. Close systems are a dying market and so is DIY.

What I'd like to know at this point is...

Are these "water based" flavor concentrates we use for vaping popular in other markets? I mean popular enough to not worry about them being widely available 5 years from now, or should DIY vapers consider hoarding flavors?

I really don't want to hoard flavor concentrates and if it does get to that point I'll have to consider getting on that road to quitting. I already threw away a lot of hardware last month because my stash is impossible to sell or just not worth the effort.

I'm not sad. If a bunch of stuff gets thrown away, I still saved a TON of money on this road.

YES on the golden years. "FUN!" doesn't nearly cover it.

I wish I knew. Worst case, I start cutting down all this nic from 15-18mg, then just give it up. Decades from now, if I survive that long.

I’ve never seen a flavoring that wasn’t pg based. I’ve heard of VG based but never seen one. There are water based ones?

I had the same problem. It turned out for me to be that I needed a non addictive anti-anxiety med to cover. They didn’t exist when i started vaping, but do now.
