Yes, 12 dollars free shipping is not a bad price for a finely machined, full 100% some type of plastic material to top your drip tip with made in China. It's sort of a grayish blue due to the hints of lead.

I am of course, kidding. I'm sure someone has a link to whatever type styled "drip tips" you want from FT, for 5c per tip.

Also, the day I get an authentic kayfun of any sort up and running, will be the day before I buy an authentic. I'm pretty safe I over bought with Under time, I should get around to it like, once vaping in public is punishable by mob shooting.

Mine are still safely in their boxes. I just... I need to have something to hope for left.

Yes got a multi pack of different colors, so can do matchy matchy with the mod I am using it on.
Thanks, Nailz. Looks good on the Solo. I guess don't really need the colors, because all my mods are black or black/silver. But found when I got the K5s or Prime that I love those drip tips. I have one white (don't like the white), and dropped & scarred my black one. So I wanted really to just get some black inserts. But I did find these at FT, so throwing a few in the cart.

The K5 drip tip is my fave. But I like the longer inserts. Believe they're 9mm. Can't fine them without getting the entire tip.

Yeah, I know Origin sells them. I was just looking for cheapy inserts. Don't really want to pay $7 + shipping. I have four of them at 9mm now. Was just gonna be greedy if it were cheap. :)

Will spend hundreds of dollars on an atty ... but won't spend a few bucks on a drip tip ... yep, we are vapers. :D

If I didn't have four K5 tips already...

I'm a fan of the K5 drip tip. I've got 4 or 5 in use. And I'm hoarding 6x spare bases and 2 dozen tips (black, white, and small, medium, large sizes). My other fav tip is the KFL mini all SS tip. Got about 1/2 dozen in use and another 1/2 dozen in the spares box. The vast majority of our attys (wife and me) are the various styles of the Kayfun.

It's only in the last year (we've been vaping 8 years) I've been able to get my wife to move 'on' from her beloved KFL-Lites (the original ones) in full size and nano size. She just liked the draw and vape so much, nothing else interested her.

I’m surprised how many people still using their original KFLs. I broke mine out a few months back and it still puts out a great vape. Just too big these days.

Just too big these days.

That's prezaclty why she preferred them w/ a nano tank. In regular mode they were too tall for her too. But now days even the nano KFl-Lite looks huge compared to the KFL2019s.

I used the nano version too and yes, it was still gargantuan compared to even the Prime.

I am a big NET vaper, looking to invest in an authentic Kayfun Prime Nite DLC or Kayfun Lite 2019. I am familiar with the Prime. I tinker the juice flow control it seems. Maybe it has to do with vaping different VG percentages. I sometimes do 100% VG.

I would like to save some $ and go with the Lite 2019, but I am concerned I will have issues vaping NET with high VG content. Or just issues in general with not having that juice flow control. Not sure if that is a deal killer.

I also feel the Prime has outstandingly smooth draw and great flavor. Should I stick with the Prime or try the Lite 2019?

Regarding the DLC version, I've heard of people complaining that the gold plating on the build deck can chip off. Anyone experience that problem with the DLC version?

In terms of performance, I find little/no difference between the Prime and KFL19. IMO, the choice boils down to what is more important to you. Pros of the Prime is it has external airflow adjustment and top fill. The pro with the 19 is that it is very compact. So how much weight do you give these pros. That's entirely up to you.

Speaking only for myself, I prefer the internal airflow of the 19 (and the Mini V3). It is a continuous control and it doesn't take up all kind of space versus external airflow adjustments. Plus the external ones like to move up n down. Besides, how often does one change the airflow? For me, I set it once and I'm done with it forever. Just my opinion. I do prefer top fill but it's not by a lot. I do love the compactness of the 19. Again, what floats your boat? That's all that matters. They both vape like champs.

Mine as good as the day I got it, but it's not used all the time though.

Not a huge fan of the external airflow adjustment. It's just another o-ring you need that gets chewed up, and another piece to clean. Also, with NET e-liquids, I am rebuilding by the time I vape a tank, so I don't really use the top fill anyway.

My other concern is not having that juice flow control. But I am thinking perhaps I can be more diligent with the wicking to control that?

Good to know. Now that I am leaning towards the Lite version, I notice it doesn't have gold on the build deck.

One more thing with the Lite version. I've heard of complaints of whistling. Anyone get that? I tried the Berserker MTL RDA V2 and I got whistling all the time, drove me crazy. Never had that issue with the Prime.
