I will try your suggestions out. The spaced coil with wick in it I posted above, is working well though. Not had a dry hit with it. Maybe, just maybe a little less flavor? But I'm not sure if this is really the case or that it's placebo effect from reading about muted flavor with spaced coils. The contact coils I used before were not damaged I think. But it is possible. Maybe i'm dry firing it too much and scraping it to get an even glow. It's a 2.5 ID btw. I do get the sizzle sound wich you mention. Will try even more cotton, although I'm using so much already that its almost impossible to pull it through. I did see that the juice i'm using now, does contain sweetener. Something my previous juices didn't have. Maybe its creating a build up of carbonized sugar or something.Looks good, however I would loose a few wraps, you really won't notice a couple less and I believe a slightly shorter coil just fits better....if anything, it looks like you could use a bit more in the coil itself, but it's hard to really tell....one way you can tell if your not putting enough in coil is by the sizzle sound...after you release the fire button after a vape, there is a slight sizzle sound , most don't notice it, which is good, but if you hear this after sizzle going on for a second or two, that means you should add more in coil....also what ID coil?
