Call a Bill which calls e-Cigarettes/e-liquids as a "Tobacco Product". And then throw up your hands and say that All we want to do is make e-Cigarettes/e-liquids a "Tobacco Product". It doesn't do Anything. It's just what we want to Call it.

Then Call a Bill which Opens up Local Taxing on.... Wait for it.... "Tobacco Products".

Hummm? I wonder if those Local Taxes would include e-Cigarettes/e-liquids?

The freebase comment he made about smoking might come back to haunt, but other than that he was incredibly effective, not on the vote obviously, but the voters were a tiny minority of those in the room. And then add in those who watch, and who will watch.

The truth of the matter is that they never intended to listen to reason. This was not about e-cigarettes at all. They got their marching orders from Gov. Moonbeam to find 1 billion dollars--pronto. And that's what they are doing.
