As of tomorrow I will finally become a member of the Canadian Rebuildable Crew! My Bulli-A2 is sitting at the post office patiently waiting for me. I'd told myself that I could never be swayed towards rebuildable atomizers but my curiosity got the best of me.

Standing by for the Classified post on a Bulli-A2 by DevilFishPhil. :D

How are you liking the zens? I'm waiting for a standard and a mini that I acquired the last sale night, they should be shipping out sometime this week. I'll be updating my previous picture when i receive them.

Anyone try the wick and wire from Gentlemen's Reserve? I'm wondering if the wick will fit in my RA Tank and if it's any good. The wick it came with is slooooow to wick and giving me a lot of dry hits... I don't know if the holes on the RA Tank are 1, 2 or 3 mm though :glare:

Also, can someone explain to me about wire? I don't understand yet how resistance relates to gauge and what not. Thanks :)

Really waiting with baited breath for your opinion on this tank Chelly. I'm close to pulling the trigger for one, but am waiting on your valued opinion first! (No pressure though!)

The smaller the gauge, the higher the resistance;think about a tube or funnel, liquid cant pass as easily through a small tube than through a big tube.

Wicking problems can be related to a couple things:

-PG/VG ratio

-Coil wounded too tight around the wick.

Typically we wound a coil around a wick but insert a needle between the wicks (do double wicks) prior to it,then wound tight, then remove the needle.

The more experienced ones dont use the needles and can have a looksee and feel it :)

My first impressions are good. It came well packed in a box, all pre-built as I had requested, wick and wire already in for me :) It comes with a bit of wick and wire, and 3 extra o-rings. Construction is great. Very easy to take apart and put back together. Incredibly easy, in fact, but not so easy as to make it flimsy! It's really quite solid. I picked this one over any others because most others are your typical stainless steel kind of thing and all look pretty much the same. I really liked this one for it's unique look, and I must say, it looks great in person. And I haven't used them yet, but I can definitely see where the spring-loaded posts will come in handy.

I will definitely keep you abreast on my thoughts as I use it more :) But so far, so good!

I am very happy with them, flavour and vapor production are both stellar. The only reason they are leaving my hand is so I can pick up the other one.

I did clean the switches, there seemed to be a bit of fine machining residue on them. I also set the switches to minimum resistance and shortened the throw with the included washer.

I have a standard coming from that sale as well. I do like the bigger form factor much more. I wouldn't have bought the AYS if it wasn't a limited edition and the story that goes with it. I was campaigning for it to be a standard base but I lost out.

Went to pick up my Bulli A2 at the post office today, and somehow I managed to build my very first coil in under 5 minutes at a perfect 2.5ohms :headbang:

The jury is still out on this one, right now I'm getting a weird taste (silica wick maybe). I'll report back :)

Beginners luck, pffft! Still waiting on the sale thread.. ;)

I usually like to give it a week that way I can justify the initial purchase

If I try something and I can't get used to in in 2 days, it goes into the "I'll get back to you at some time in the future, bin". If I haven't got back to it in about 3 months or so, it goes into the garbage bin!!

This is more for accessories, ofcourse.

My version 1 Vivi Nova's are in the first bin right now. ;)

Agreed. The look of the tank is awesome and that's what got me interested.
