How are your sugarbabies doing? You haven't talked much about them lately.
Oh, they're doing fine. They seem to have finally recovered from the death of their matriarch. It was traumatic to them. Generally, they don't trust anyone but me, but my BF has them trained now. All he has to do is go up to them with the jar of yoggie drops (little chocolate chip-sized drops of yogurt treats) and they line up begging. I've stopped giving them to them entirely and let him be the provider of treats. Now they come running. It was a bit disconcerting to him that occasionally one will hold onto his finger while eating its treat with the other hand. It's like: "I'm not gonna let go of you because I know you have more and I want them ALL!" Their nails are like needles and it's not very comfortable.
Boy that was a headache, i tought i have to go to a hospital. The whole back of my head and back of the neck. Took 3 painkillers 2 times biofreeze on the neck.
wth was that.. Whole day couldn't move.
btw here is a nice pic i found, it's leonidas the statue is at the hot gates as you call them. And here is a smaller one.
ΜΩΛΟΝ ΛΑΒΕ below means (poorly translated) "come and get them"![]()
I like this statue, the position is amazing.
Thank you all, your thoughts are enough to make me happier.
The statues are beautiful, Tritium! Thank you for sharing them.
I'm worried about you ...
Not in every case. There's a horse supplement company I deal with named SmartPak that excels in customer service. I phone them to order something and don't have long to wait for a real person who discusses supplements with me (unless I'm in a hurry, and they have some magical way of knowing whether or not the customer wants to chat). They always have a friendly tone of voice and the shipping is prompt with lots of reminders by email telling you of the progress of your order. Their prices aren't the cheapest, but they're fairly competitive, too. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone who is fed up with the customer service at other companies.
And everyone always says how good Smokeless Image's customer service is, too. We can't forget our hosts in Voltville.
SI's customer service has always been top notch for me too. As have their products. It's a shame that more companies don't duplicate their standards.
The AppStore is a weird little thing that Apple did. Seems that even just updates have to come from there now. Freaked me out a little at first - I didn't wanna have to pay for updates, for cryin' out loud!![]()
You shouldn't have to pay for updates! That's crazy!

We just got done clearing the slush. It's 50 outside and the deck is steaming as the water evaporates from it. The snow was so wet that the snow blower couldn't "blow" it. I used the snow blower as a plow and pushed the crap instead. A little crude, but fairly effective. I keep thinking about making a three foot plow for it so it can do double duty. I may have to put that plan into action. I hope the sun and warmth do the trick or there will be a skating rink where our driveway is by tomorrow morning.
I'm sorry that you and the missus are having to deal with all of that.
Saw the news you have a lot of cold there. Hope you are all warm.
Well, I'm warm today. It rose above freezing for the first time since the day we did deforestation. I think. CRS.
