I do apologize for anything I may have started. I'm new to this site so I didn't think it would be an issue asking that. I used to smoke cigarettes for 4 years and I was at a pack a day. My friends got tired of me smelling like cigarettes so they got me a vape. I soon got interested in mech mods and they kept me off smoking. Soon after vaping I felt the need to smoke again. Once I started seeing people produce more vapor I gave that a try and completely fell in love. I don't feel the need to smoke anymore and it's honestly helped me a lot. I feel better, I taste better, I can actually walk without wheezing. It's just something I love to do.
i was in exactly the same boat as you, i was going back to cigerettes towards the end of last year, but decided to look into vaping again and once I saw the bigger clouds new devices can produce (I was still vaping on stick style batteries/egos on clearomizers and the old non rebuildable 510 atties), I got back in bought some variable wattage devices, looked up mods and RDA's and here I am today. I vape, and I dont smoke, I build super subohm builds <0.2ohms, but being around here for a while, ive learned not to label myself a cloudchaser, nor use that phrase to describe myself. people have opinions on everything, and whether they are meant to be insulting or not, sometimes they come across that way. Best bet is just to leave labeling terms out of the discussion so people dont have anything to throw out their opinion on.
I've been flamed on by people who super subohm because I shared different opinions on certain topics, but little do they know I actually do the same practices they do and super subohm myself. At one point some people on this subforum just found a need to dislike me or disregard my posts or accuse me of bashing subohmers/cloudchasers, just because I didnt agree with certain thread topics, it has nothing to do with cloudchasers/tootlepuffers, but people on this forum like to create labels and take sides and flame, regardless if its aggressive flaming that gets deleted/moderated, or just by being passive aggressive which is technically the same thing. It's not a cloudchaser bashing epidemic like people say, its that horde mentality of people taking sides with others if they agree to not agree on certain topics. The labels just exacerbate it even more.
