Honestly, I would be Surprised if it Didn't pass the House.

Now the Senate, it it's current form? I dunno? Maybe a 50:50 change of passage. And if it got to Trump's desk, I'd say there is 70+% chance he would sign it.

McConnell is getting ready to introduce a bill to raise the age to 21. Don't know if it includes the other items.

Yeah... That's why I used the words "in it's current form" for Pallone's bill. Because I have also heard that a serious drive for a National 21+ is in the works.

But it is Unclear if it would come via a Watered Down bill like Pallone's? Or if it will come from someone like the Senate Majority Leader? It's Kinda a Race right Now to see who can Save the Children 1st.

There is also that some would Vote for a 21+ Only where some would say it Doesn't do Enough. So it would Fail.

And others would Vote for Pallone's Bill where some would say it Goes Too Far. So it would Fail.

It would be a Bitter Pill. But I would Support 21+ if it would Guarantee that Flavors would be saved.

But getting a Political Guarantee if like trying to Nail Jelly to a Tree. Non-Flavored Jelly that is.

Yeah I would for sure go for a 21+ restriction IF it saved flavors OR at least internet sales. I can always DIY but a ban on all internet sales of nicotine puts the nic base out of most of our reach.

I can nail jelly to a tree no problem, just have to harden it a bit. I see getting a political guarantee more like trying to catch a fart and paint it purple.

The BIG Problem I see is the Underage/ Teen Numbers Presenters are Not going to allow the numbers to go Lower without an Action to imply Causality.

So we are going to get an Action(s). Just what that is Hard to say.

But the way things are Going, I'm Not very Optimistic.

But the voting age should be lowered to 16.

Do you know if the internet sales ban in the House Bill only applies to juice, or juice with nic, or hardware as well?
