I don't think it was posted previously, but the article was published before the Final Rule came out.

Zen was the first person I thought of with these regs. His business is all about innovation and releasing new products.I wonder what Evolv are planning to do.
The Senate and House have matching bills currently in play that will remove traditional large and premium cigars from the deeming regulations if they pass. If you have a senate or house member on the co-sponsor lists, let them know you know, and that vapers want equal representation.
Cosponsors - H.R.662 - 114th Congress (2015-2016): Traditional Cigar Manufacturing and Small Business Jobs Preservation Act of 2015
Cosponsors - S.441 - 114th Congress (2015-2016): Traditional Cigar Manufacturing and Small Business Jobs Preservation Act of 2015
That's what the Pharma companies want you to believe it stands for. In reality, within their board rooms, it got that acronym for a different meaning- Evil Nicotine Dollar Stealers.
I get pain from being in familiar positions. Consider yourself lucky.I was replacing the water feed pump in my freezer yesterday and by nightfall, I had back pain from the unfamiliar position I was in. I'm too old to play twister.
I've already followed.Jeff Stier@JeffaStier
I'll live-tweet #FDA CTP's Mitch Zeller's speech on Tue if I have 5K followers. Now at 4,886. Starting to wonder whether Vapers care.
Might be good to add followers, Stier is a strong ally.
And teaching people how to coil and wick... And occasionally selling overpriced syringes.Zen was the first person I thought of with these regs. His business is all about innovation and releasing new products.
Evolv says they are in it for the long haul.I wonder what Evolv are planning to do.
This is the killer right here. Vaping will be dead.
"Section 910(c)(1)(A)(ii) of theFD&C Act requires that FDA deny a PMTA and issue an order that the product may not be introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce where FDA finds that:
You have not shown that the product is appropriate for the protection of the public health"
Bringing this forward as it seems to be not getting any attention.
If you look at WHO is sponsoring these two bills to Protect the small business cigar industry, your blood pressure may rise.
I'm going over the list right now to see if any of my reps have put their name on this and checking to see if they are against or for vaping.
They will get many emails from me.![]()
And on juice.. there are NO studies showing the long term health impacts of inhaling flavorings, PG and VG.Bottom line? You are correct. Because they themselves have statutorily said so (effectively). Rather, preemptively vaping may cause future harm (it just remains to be seen) You cannot disprove hypothesized certainty (bullish!!t). And who decides? They do.
How do you compromise with that?
Good luck all.![]()

Or even short term studies that I am aware of.
A few short term tests of what is in the vapor from a handful of juices, but that is it.
No studies on how this will impact ones health.
