The Senate and House have matching bills currently in play that will remove traditional large and premium cigars from the deeming regulations if they pass. If you have a senate or house member on the co-sponsor lists, let them know you know, and that vapers want equal representation.

I was replacing the water feed pump in my freezer yesterday and by nightfall, I had back pain from the unfamiliar position I was in. I'm too old to play twister.

This is the killer right here. Vaping will be dead.

"Section 910(c)(1)(A)(ii) of theFD&C Act requires that FDA deny a PMTA and issue an order that the product may not be introduced or delivered for introduction into interstate commerce where FDA finds that:

You have not shown that the product is appropriate for the protection of the public health"

Bottom line? You are correct. Because they themselves have statutorily said so (effectively). Rather, preemptively vaping may cause future harm (it just remains to be seen) You cannot disprove hypothesized certainty (bullish!!t). And who decides? They do.

How do you compromise with that?

And on juice.. there are NO studies showing the long term health impacts of inhaling flavorings, PG and VG.

Or even short term studies that I am aware of.

A few short term tests of what is in the vapor from a handful of juices, but that is it.
No studies on how this will impact ones health.

We've known for the longest time the effects of substances like PG/VG and their benefits. I'm certain that the trace chem's in typical vaping expose me to not much different risk (perhaps less) than breathing ambient air. I DIY to ensure that's so and vape straight VG as often as not.
