Aspire pretty much implied that they are going to do just one PMTA based on the tank that most people prefer... If a company like Aspire is limiting themselves to one PMTA, then what does that indicate small businesses will do? Aspire is worldwide, so they at least can continue to market their other products to other countries while only offering one product in the US.
I hope it’s the nautilus... I could make do with that. Ish

Aspire may only want to submit one PMTA to see how the process goes. If it turns out to be manageable they may we’ll go ahead with others. If things are expensive and still impossible to get approval they won’t waste more money.

Also, if a PMTA is issued, it may open up a SE Pathway to other products. And the use of "Bridged Data".

Here's a question. What would happen after May if you have a mod that breaks under warranty but doesn't have a PMTA pending? Is the manufacturer allowed to replace or repair the unit? If returned overseas, can the same unit, if repaired, theoretically be allowed through customs?

That's the one they had a pic of on their tweet asking people to vote for which one would get a PMTA. ;)

I agree with what you are saying and I saw the tweet, but they also have a new Nautilus tank coming out very soon. It will be interesting to see if they PMTA the new Nauti or the old Nauti. I wonder when the old Nauti came out?

Topfill would be better.... like the trton mini that uses nautilus coils but with a slider instead.

I am going to go with technically no.

The new tank is top fill and sounds like it is very good. I just posted a question on the Aspire sub forum here and asked when it will be available in the U.S. I can’t wait to see the answer!

, but to this day the smell of a fresh burning cigarette smells good to me.
I still love the smell of a 'fresh burning cigarette', but it has to be a 'top of the line' one, or a rolled cigarette. My roommate smokes these 'bottom of the barrel' $3.50 a pack cigs. I can't stand those, and other, cheaper cigs. Some smell OK to me before they're lit, but I have to leave the room if I can, or I just put up with it when they're burning.

I'm kind of confused what is wrong with chocolate milk?
It's not a racial thing (white or chocolate), or milk in general at all. They can drink either water or milk, but not out of the bottle, it has to be in a glass.

    That is a Good Question.

Because an Item under Warranty that is replaced is considered to be Non-Disturbed Ownership. So the OEM/Retailer who honored the warranty wouldn't be engaging in a "Sale" in a US Market.

With no assurance the application will be approved. How many juice makers have that kind of money to gamble?

Answer: All the brands owned by BT.

They own a lot more than many know. I found a blog post a few months ago that listed all the vape stores and brands BT bought out all over the world. It was unsettling. I can't find it right now.

All the top ejuice brands you see today will, IMHO, be bought out by BT someday.

The new tank is purchasable and a "combination with Taifun and Aspire." I think it looks kinda ugly and I was interested in the combination. But you can get one now, I think, and for not too many smackaroos.

Got a link to that tank?
