I see. But why would that date be more agreeable to the FDA? There are two bills now trying to move the grandfather date to 2016--why go back to 2014? I'm not quite following...

Vivi Nova's were out and new stuff was taking its place by 2014. I started vaping in 2012, shortly after I got the vivi nova. That is when I completely gave up the cigs. That was October 2012.

I can give you the date that I got my first Kayfun. January 2014.

Tanks were available in 2012.

Not all of it. But i've never been under any doubt that the way the rules are written is intended to allow nothing to pass.
Which is not the same as how a court would view these things and that's ultimately where i think this will all end.
