My head hurts with all this stuff, honestly.

I don't think you can "tear down" an agency and build it back up, it's not like a vintage car or something.

I don't think the FDA's gonna do perfect enforcement but yes, if you have a significant base in another country and/or only sell in the USA and don't want to be fined/jailed/whatever, well those folks are gonna self-police.

The FDA will do a reasonably incompetent job of policing, although you just NEVER know when the tobacco lobby is involved. They are certainly autocratic enough to shut down a TON of places if/when they WANT.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

“The Maryland court’s injunction was not an action by the FDA – it was an action taken by the court itself,” the ruling states. “The Maryland court is an independent third party that is not part of the present suit. Vapor Stockroom cannot sue the FDA to attack the Maryland court’s decision.”

"Attack". The words they use to describe the completely legal actions of those who pay their salaries is utterly appalling.

The panel was comprised of Senior U.S. Circuit Judge John Rogers and U.S. Circuit Judge Raymond Kethledge, both George W. Bush appointees, as well as U.S. Circuit Judge John Nalbandian, an appointee of President Donald Trump.

Is this common when writing articles about court decisions and how is it relevant?

Eah...

Judges sometimes can get a little Testy if they Feel that their Courtrooms are being used as an Improper Venue of Litigation.

An appointed individual who has legal power and insinuates that a taxpayer/citizen using the proper legal means for justice (regardless if misused) is a terrorist ("attack") is not a judge, rather a tyrant.

If any common person were to use such language and make such insinuations in the work place, it could be grounds for "termination".

I Guess I just Didn't read as much into the word used. Or see it as Tyrannical.

Seems common enough to me. The political origin of judges is almost always mentioned in reports of judgements involving political issues. Given the degree to which the appointment of judges has become part of the two party system, maybe it is relevant.

I will be paying attention to this from now on. But I don't read such articles very often.

Judges and lawyers use the word attack in this context quite often. They don't mean a physical attack.

I give up, watch from the sidelines as it all goes down, I guess. Now if I could muster up some laughter as it happens it could actually all be quite entertaining.

Nah, I think Carlin was right. The owners are too powerful because the people allowed it to happen. Too late. Sorry. I've been black pilled. No turning back. When not enough people see the tyranny and willing to fight against it when they do see it, it's all over.

From where does the 'black pill' reference come? I have heard of the red pill and the blue pill and the poison pill but never the black one.

Urban Dict.

Black Pill
A catastrophic prophecy or spiritless prophesying for the future that is not necessarily grounded in reality. A red pill gone hopelessly bleak.

Pretty sure UncleJ didn't mean all that is written there :)
