¯\_(ツ)_/¯
OK, so back to vape (but not deeming regulations )

Is it legal for people send each other cigarettes so long as they aren't selling them?

If so, then when the vape mail ban is finally in place that it will technically be illegal for vapers to send each other vape gear and juice.

I wonder if an end-user got caught shipping vape gear/juice if they would be looking at thousands of dollars in fines just as the carriers and the employee who delivered it.

This could make sites like ECF possibly consider closing down the classies.

Here is a Difficult Op-Ed to read for anyone who was able to Quit Smoking using an e-Cigarette...

The FDA tried to regulate e-cigarettes but others tied its hands - STAT

Some of the Comments seem to be a lot Closer to the Truth.

BTW - It would be Scary for the Future of the e-Cigarette Industry if someone like the Author of this One-Sided piece was to become the Commissionaire of the FDA.

    This right here:

Lesson 4: When crisis strikes, the press and public draw the wrong lessons

Kinda sums up the whole thing for me,stupidity,a loss of values, honesty and decency in exchange for getting more viewers to read or watch their content is a major fault in today's society

The way I see this debate over "teen use": Flavors are irrelevant. What is relevant is enforcing the law. Same with alcohol. You can't walk into a liquor store and purchase a bottle of vodka if you're under 21 (most states). The solution isn't to make flavored vodka illegal. The solution is to go after the one selling to those underage.

That right there is a solution.

Undercover cop at your local Gas Station or 7-11,he witnesses the employee selling vaping devices or e-liquids to minors without being carded?
Wam bam!! 10.000 dollar fine,if it happens again they just close said establishment permanently.

That is the way it should be done.

Back in the day when minors wanted to buy booze they use to hang out the local liquor store and asked someone who was going in if they could buy them a six pack of beer, now (in case the store asks for id) the same thing happens but with vaping apparatus or e-liquids.

Ban hammer should be for the ones selling to minors!!

    FYI:

    Personal Message from @DavidOck . . .

Don't be worried he has not left us - nor "Moved On" . . . Although - "Mother Nature" decided to give him a "time-out" by sending a strong enough wind storm a few days ago to silence his connection to the Internet (Down Trees and Wires - Very poor Cell phone reception too) . . . He wants everyone to know he and his "Family" are OKAY . . . AND - They're just waiting for the very overworked helpers of the incompetent companies that supply these services to get them reconnected to the "World" outside their little community . . . He should be back to ECF ASAP to continue to enlighten and illuminate "Us" all with his sophisticated & humorous daily prose . . . Just Sayin' . . .

@Rossum Yes, yes in my bedroom. Depending of course what she looks like.
And, I don't usually look at signatures, but @Cloud-FF7 drew my attention to yours. Agree completely.
Tragically, the amount of fear and panic which have been engendered are devastating.

    Out of curiosity.

Does vaping get mentioned at all in the news in television?
I mean i can't watch American television from here so I'm just curious if its mentioned often in the news or is it just a slight mention when a kid gets sick because of the black market/counterfeit THC products they used?

Is there any tv channel out there that speaks the truth or they just go for the views and ratings and put aside all real information along with their journalistic ethics.

Online i just read the articles, some are biased and put all vaping products in the same group while others do their job and correctly inform who and what is to blame when someone gets sick.

Vaping is rarely mentioned. The only time it is mentioned is if there is a problem (real or imagined). I haven't seen any tv channel tell the truth about vaping. Mostly, it's sensationalism without a helluva lot of facts to back up their story. They just spew out the phony and false talking points you hear from the ones who don't know what the hell they're talking about.

Shouldn't bother you one bit unless you doing something illegal.

Nice signature by the way, agree 100% with it because you know Asymptomatic COVID is not a real thing :rolleyes:

I really hate that argument in general but I don't want to go down that rabbit hole. The manpower and cost to make that wide spread enough to be effective prevent it from being a sensible solution. Honestly, I think this whole campaign against teen vaping is kind of a waste of time and energy. Teens will be teens, they do stuff they're not supposed to do because they're stuck somewhere between being a child and being an adult.

Honestly, I wonder if we'd be better off making it legal for them because at least what they got ahold of would be safer. That's not going to happen but really I can't help but wonder if it wouldn't be a better idea than working so hard to force them to go to underhanded methods to get it anyway.

    Dang that sucks...

So basically they just bother to do THEIR JOB and when they do mention it they just spew the nonsense they told to say.
Really pitiful to say the least,it's their job to keep people informed with the facts but it seems that is something that not only happens here in Spain.
Few channels here actually speak up with the truth, and in some case even some of those get a lot of pressure and even have been closed down...
One program in particular had to go in radio mode just so they could keep on informing the people of the truth regarding the corruption among politicians.

There is no journalism anymore. And it has gone past bias. It's all opinion masqueraded as fact. Writers persuade you into believing what they want you to believe. Sadly, there are significant numbers of the population who still believe they are hearing the truth. The level of ignorance is astonishing. And it isn't only what they write. It's just as much as what they dont write.

To the last, no channel, but there are a few libertarian commentators on Fox News - Greg Gutfeld, Kat Timpf, Kennedy (x- MTV host), who either vape or are pro-vape, who voice that when the subject comes up.

    Then there was this:

Tucker Carlson's little known vaping website is secondhand smoke - New York Daily News (nydailynews.com)
