Good move Hit. She may switch eventually.

I can only hope. I gave her a starter kit a couple years ago but she only used it when we would visit our daughter at college. I offered several times and even just a few days ago to set her up with a kit of her choice but she didn’t want it.

Sad, Hittman. I hope things change.

Yeah, you can only push so much (as we well know). She may get a bad chest cold or bronchitis or something and it will be such a horrifying experience it might trigger her to switch.

I just keep hoping she gets to the point I did eleven years ago where she’s just sick and tired of cigarettes. Watching both of my parents with COPD showed me that I needed to make a change.

What's the difference between their Pharma and Chroma?

I'm gonna say the only difference isn't the increase cost in labeling for regulatory purposes :D

    From their FAQ page:

"What is the difference between Pharma and Chroma?
"The FDA has specific qualifications and specifications in order for nicotine to be used for wholesale purposes. Wholesalers are only allowed to use the PHARMA grade nicotine which has to meet these specific specifications.

Chroma is just as good in quality, however, it doesn’t meet the specific number the FDA requires for wholesalers. It is completely suitable for our DIY customers at home.

We are able to provide Chroma with a significant price reduction to our customers who use our products for Personal use.

The taste and quality are almost identical."

    Clear as mud.

I'm fully stocked for two decades but my neighbor is in scurry mode. He's also broke so I'm trying to keep an eye for steals. Thanks.

I hate hearing stories like that. I was lucky that my wife was supportive of me getting a freezer and stocking up on nic. Too bad I just can’t get her to switch to vaping. I have enough for both of us if she ever switches.
Sorry. This turned into a general rant, so not directed at you specifically

Just give her space and freedom IMO

My mum smoked over 50 years. We live together but, although she said she wanted to vape, it was always in the same way that I used to tell people that I want to quit

So, we never discussed it further

Last February was her last cigarette. She didn't vape. Just charted behaviour. Consciously cut out 1 cig from her day, in her own time at her own pace as she was comfortable

Eventually got down to 2 a day, from 40 plus. And decided that she could do without those

vaping isn't the only answer. Evangelical vapers are as bad as ex smokers

I appreciate you sharing that. I’m not pushing her. I offer when she mentions that she needs to cut down or something like that. If she quit completely then that would be even better.

What's the difference in the Armor V1? I've never mixed any DIY juice, but I have a freezer full of 100mL Chroma for when the time comes. (hope I didn't stock up on the wrong sh.t)
Yup, I got the same e-mail. If it was valid for Armor V1, I'd buy another liter or two, but it's not, so...

    According to BB Facebook page

    Vape Freight

Will go live in coming days for vaping freight

    They have a FB page

    Vape Freight

B2B I suppose means business to business?

Would they consider shipping to individuals who can prove proper identification? And order enough products to make it worthwhile ?

Otherwise who will be the first to establish an interactive program with retail vape shops so you can order online and then pick it up at your local shop?

Of course the shop will still charge extra for doing this
    - But that is better than losing access to the variety available on the internet.

    It said content not found
Site comes up right away on my computer - try again.

I will call them Monday and see 'IF" they are going to also shipe to individuals - From what I've read so far the problem with individual shipments is the record keeping involved under the new regulations and supposedly this is why Fedex, UPS, and DHL don't want to bother
    - but since he specializes in vape shipments maybe he will - but I imagine there will be a minimum order of at least one or two hundred dollars to make it worthwhile?

Unless I'm wrong (that B2B shipments are not being stopped by the usual carriers), then vapefrieght (if it's even real) is attempting to solve a problem that doesn't exist.
Their site looks real - Apparently they are just specializing in vape shipments - Because of different rules and regulations in different states, i could see usefulness of such a shipping service even before the new Postal ban to individuals - Like I said maybe they will come up with a fix that even the government is willing to accept - Remember supposedly the regulations are meant to stop sale minors, not to stop sales completely.

So I just bought their {Naked} one time sample offer of one small 50ml bottle pre-mixed with 3mg nic and 70vg/30pg. So all I have to do is add flavor? - How easy is that?

    Easy Peasy.

But to make the same amount of Finished e-Liquid, you would need about 1/3 of a Teaspoon of 100gm/ml Nicotine Base. And that fits in a Freezer Better than 3mg/ml.

Also, the Shipping is the Same (or sometimes Free) when you buy 1L of 100mg/ml as it is (maybe Not Free) for 1L of 3mg/ml.

Easy, you just have to keep in mind most flavors are PG based so adding after adding the flavor it's going to increase the PG percentage so the finished result will no longer be exactly 70VG/30PG. If that doesn't matter to you then it's no big deal. How far off from 70/30 it will be depends on how much flavor you use.

I just used PG-based flavor as an example because the vast majority of flavors seem to be PG based. Same thing applies if you were to happen to use VG based flavoring: VG/PG ratio is going to be altered (exceptin the opposite direction).

Doesn't that start to get complicated???

Used to be a pipe smoker, so tinkering around didn't bother me - But I've gotten lazy as I've gotten older, and I like simple - That got me to vaping in the first place, some of those flavored pods that the companies were offering weren't bad. Reynolds Melon actually reminded me of a real mild melon flavored pipe tobacco - Of course their all outlawed now, so I immediately switched to refillable pod systems which are a little more complicated but still convenient. - Just bought my first pod/mod by Wotofo with a replaceable battery - Already have about 10 pen style pod systems but when I realized the built in batteries in them do not have an indefinite shelf life, decided to buy at least one that does have a replaceable battery and now I see they are talking about maybe they'll outlaw the batteries too???
    - How long is the shelf life of those batteries???

    Thanks!

    ...

"Complicated" is a Relative Term. Some may see Mixing a Rum & Coke as "Complicated".

But if you can Mix a Rum & Coke, I don't think working with 100mg/ml Nicotine Base is going to Throw you for a Loop.
