    Here's something that I don't understand. If vaping supplies are falling under the PACT act and are considered to be a tobacco product, then why is UPS deciding to no longer deliver vaping supplies? UPS does deliver tobacco products. I've used snus for several years and have ordered from Northerner in the US and several places in Sweden and it's always delivered by UPS with adult signature. So why then won't they deliver vaping supplies if it's just considered to be another tobacco product?

    Legal CYA?

    USP sees the Legal US e-Cigarette market severely contracting. And there becomes on Infection Point where Risk might not outweigh Benefit.

    The Previous Administration Didn't seem to place a huge Priority on e-Cigarette Enforcement. I Don't Think that is going to be the case with the Current one.

    Not sure what CYA stands for but I get your point. They don't want to deal with the red tape that goes along with it I guess. Makes me wonder though if out of country vendors will still ship via UPS. I wonder if the laws are different in the originating country then what the case will be.

    CYA = Cover Your Azz

    It Isn't all Red Tape. It's whether or Not a Product can be Legally Sold? And if it Can't did You, as UPS, Knowing Transport it?

    If UPS transports a Product that was Not Legal to Sell, do they then assume any Legal Liability if a Civil Suit is brought regarding the Product?

    I'm Not sure how the UPS, or anyone else for that matter, can Know that what is Inside that Vape Mail Package is Kosher to Ship? So I think they are just Saying Screw It. It's Not worth it.

    You seek intellectual consistency today? I doubt that there will ever be an answer that will make even a modicum of sense.

    With at least 3 threads talking about this vape mail ban, it's hard to keep track of what I posted where. lol.

    I believe the reason private carriers are stepping inline with the ban is because they are being pressured by anti-tobacco/vaping "special interest groups" coupled with the threat of fines and such to both their company and to their delivery drivers (yes, the delivery driver gets fined, too) should they erroneously delivery vape supplies to a minor or even to an adult that's not the actual purchaser or somehow fail to get a signature (or proof of one), and all red tape that comes along with the whole thing.

    It also adds additional time for a delivery when you have to wait for someone to go get their ID (because you know they aren't going to answer the door with it ready to show the driver). The package must be handed to and signed by the actual purchaser, not anyone else, not even another adult. This is a big hassle for drivers that are already worked to the bone, IMHO.

    Besides, it create goodwill with the general public when you show them you are part of the "fight against tobacco and nicotine". Virtue signalling is all the rage these days.

    I don't know if the vaping rules are more strict than the rules on snus tobacco but I've never signed for it myself in over ten years. I used to have it delivered to work when I had a friend that did the receiving and he always signed for it for me without showing ID and the rest of the time my wife has signed for it for me and never had to show an ID. Maybe they are supposed to ask for it but as far as I know never have since the PACT act became law.

    Please dou tearsble check my calculation. My neighbor vapes 4 mls of juice per day. 18mg strength. He wants to know how long a gallon of 100mg/ml juice will last. I came up with 14.4 years.
