"Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration issued the first marketing denial orders (MDOs) for electronic nicotine delivery system (ENDS) products after determining the applications for about 55,000 flavored ENDS products from three applicants lacked sufficient evidence that they have a benefit to adult smokers sufficient to overcome the public health threat posed by the well-documented, alarming levels of youth use of such products. The products from JD Nova Group LLC, Great American Vapes, and Vapor Salon subject to this action are non-tobacco-flavored ENDS and they include flavors such as Apple Crumble, Dr. Cola and Cinnamon Toast Cereal."

Well this proves that adults should never enjoy any type of sweet flavors or dessert items. You should vape liquids with names like "dirty sock", "dishwater" or "ashtray". I'm just gonna finish this slab of strawberry shortcake and promise to never eat it again.
This is total nonsense! Why dont they just say "We prefer you smoke cigarettes."?

Better learn to DIY if ya don't want to vape dirty sox or ashtray flavors.
Apparently, the PMTA process may be a sham perpetrated by the FDA. Then again, maybe not.
But now would be a good time for all vapers to take care of themselves. Learn how to DIY. If you need nicotine, buy it wherever you find it. Check your equipment and see if anything needs to be replaced. Etc., etc., etc.

I feel like I'm preparing for the September 9th deadline like I would a hurricane headed for Florida.

I think allowing anything with 60% beef in it, to still be considered beef, was the tell tale a long time ago.
I think we all saw this exact outcome, didn't want to believe it would really happen, but knew it would. They spent billions on misinformation over the past several years to get the majority of the popular vote on board with their agenda and the time was finally right for them.
