You're doing what? How? Why? Please explain--before you leave!!! :)
In the CASSA form, it will automatically select your politicians based on your address.
Well, there is also a space to put your "From" email address. I have about 30 legit email addresses, so I just plug in a different one each time.

Petition Your Legislator NOW to Support HR 2058! (Updated)

Not sure if CASSA validates those email addresses, you might even be able to plug in a dummy.

Yeah... This is kinda what Happens when there is No Clear Direction of where we are going Next.
Yeah, before you know it people will start getting crazy ideas and acting on their own, like trying to create more petitions :p

I really do wish the advocacy groups would spend some more time here on ECF. There might be more people on fb, but there are a lot of folks here who are incredibly dedicated and willing to take action.

I know, I'm asking about his changing the "From" email address.

*Does immitation of bobble head during a quake* Might have meant to instead of from? Maybe my headache is worse than I thought. Oh phoo Tweety, he'll be back. None of us can stay gone for very long. :p

Edited to add: See?

 I have 2....

But what's the purpose of doing it? Sorry, I'm a bit dense.
Because the staff at these places might start to recognize the return email address and just start hitting delete without reading it. I figure if it comes "from" different addresses it "might" have more of a chance to get read.

If I go buy a cellular shipped from China. It's alrdy US law complient so if I wished to resell I wouldn't personally spend millions of dollars so that it's "legal". Ofc that doesnt cover in house ejuice.

This whole thing just sounds like halfass backwards Rules and Regulations. Maybe someone is more knowledgable than I and can help me understand.

They tried, for years. There were crickets creating nests in their sub-forum. All advocacy short of FDA calls, which are limited to a single front page thread to contain the craziness, has been buried deep in the forum, and everyone was too busy doing hand checks and comparing atty notes to notice. :(

Since the new forum switch over, we no longer have access to doing banners. They quit notifying us about CTA's. :(

Well I liked this, but only because it was info I didn't know and you passed it on. :p I always thought official CTAs, from all countries, should have been allowed in the general area, but all my opinion and a couple of bucks will get you is a cup of coffee. ;)

Well, it's not as if it all requires discussion. Post the CTA's or what people need to be aware of, and then the discussion happens in other threads. Open discussion of everything isn't always ideal. Finding relevant information in the FB group involves a lot of wading through nonsense.

That's okay though, there are a number of us who tend to relay relevant information.

if there was only one then that's the one that took 5 years for approval
as to cost - there was no mention of that in the richmond times dispatch :?:

What if the FDA is spooking everone into accepting 2058 which THEN will eliminate inovation beyond that point. No?
Yes, beyond 8/10/16, new products must pass nearly impossible requirements. The ammendment to the House Appropriations bill, same problem. But better than undoing nearly a decade of innovation, without a change in the cutoff date of 2/15/2007.

HR 2058 is a bill to change the grandfather date, the date before which products don't need to apply for pre-market review, to the date when the deeming regulations go into effect. So everything on the market now would not have to retroactively go through the review process. The amendment to the budget bill pretty much does the same thing. It wouldn't exempt the products from all regulations, but removes the bureaucratic hurdle that would eliminate most products.
