What do you mean by "FDA Approved?" As far as I know there are no nic base liquids approved as tobacco products per the deeming that hit the federal registry yesterday.

You sell it to an individual what he does with it is his business?

But they reference ejuice on their site. Their intent is clear.
They are selling for intended use in vaping and as such after 8-10 they will need to get new FDA approval.

Yeah, I'm not sure what that product is registered as, but it's not as a tobacco product. So, it could possibly be sold by a business that has nothing to do with vaping or tobacco. However, 1000mg/ml nic is not something that the average consumer should be messing with.

I just contacted Mr. Biden.

Told him that after 25 Years of Smoking, I was able to Quit by using an e-Cigarette. And after 6 years of e-Cigarette use, my Physician is Extremely Happy with my marked Improvement in my over-all Health.

I also Told him how Utterly Disgusted I was with the FDA Deeming Announcement. How Existing Science is being Ignored. And if He (and this Administration) truly wanted to Impact Cancer, they would be viewing e-Cigarettes as the UK Health Ministry is. As Viable Harm Reduction to Smoking.

Brilliant! Thanks Zee for making it so easy. I'm on it! :)

Seriously, pure nicotine(1000mg/ml) is no joke. That site doesn't even have any warnings on it...

Most people start with a 100mg/ml nic base, still need to be cautious, but not likely to kill an adult.
