I'd like to see a Law that requires when a House or Senate Member argues For/Against or Votes on a Bill, that they have to were a Jacket with Logo's on it from Companies that they have received Money From.

Something like this...

2010+Richmond+Sept+NSCS+Jimmie+Johnson+on+pit+road.jpg

To honestly fit all the logos on some ... is there suits in XXXXXXXL ?

"A Billion Lives" is a documentary about the vapor industry. On Monday, June 6th at 2 PM EDT, we will sit with the Director, Aaron Biebert, for an in-depth interview about the film, the challenges in making it and when fans can expect to see the film.

From the film's website: "A billion people are projected to die this century from smoking, and there’s a solution. It’s not a perfect one, but it will save lives by reducing the harm caused by cigarettes by switching smokers to vaping nicotine. Unfortunately, there are big players with vested interests in keeping this new technology away from the masses."

For those interested....O'Reilly's Legend & Lies series continues Sunday night at 8PM on Fox News with our revolutionaries being the focus of this season. I bring this up only because there are many on this thread immersed in resisting our government and there is no better inspiration than our revolutionaries. The first episode profiles Samuel Adams. Adams was, perhaps, our first revolutionary and a critical founding father. A hard nosed, take-no-prisoners, relentless rabble rouser. His life story should jack you up for some good, old fashioned disobedience and an unrelenting refusal to lay down and take any crap from the powers that be. Enjoy!

Of course this is still common today. It's also an old practice. Knives and forks are old too but we still use them. :)

Well, if you use that knife to cut your cotton, and the tine of the fork to help push it into the coil, I sure hope they were first manufactured before Feb 15, 2007. Of course that's unless BT buys out Oneida, in which case cutlery will be closed down to prevent competition.

Anyone know the health risks of only being able to use your fingers to feed yourself?

Depends on where your fingers have been.

That's after August 8, 2019 if I'm reading it correctly. Meaning you have to submit your PMTA by 2018, for your product that was on the market by 2016, and if you still haven't received a response by 2019 you have to pull your product from the market, unless the FDA decides to grant you an extension on a case by case basis.

Agreed, but this point is open to a subjective judgement by the FDA:

the applicant has provided the needed information and review of a pending marketing application has made substantial progress toward completion

It sounds like a period where there is back and forth communications regarding an application and if no 'substantial progress' has been made - as determined by the FDA - no go. But yeah, after the continued period.

This one found me. I was trying to help my mom quit smoking and bought the disposables from White Cloud. I am on their mailing list ;)

Isn't this whole thing open to a subjective judgement by the FDA?

Does all of the "safety" testing has to be completed at the time the PMTA is filed?
If I understand what your asking, the answer is yes. But Kent seems to be pointing out that some progress toward an application might be necessary to take advantage of that two year window, so maybe, just to be safe, the testing needs to be begun relatively soon. What I am sure of, however, is that the FDA doesn't want us to be certain about any rules or requirements.

Sen. Ron Johnson / Homeland Security agrees with you

Yes. The 'accept' or 'reject' is by that same subjective judgement. I saw no 'standards' but they are implied in the questions that are being asked in the applications. :- ) Esp. in the ones that force you to 'prove a negative'. Another reason why I have said that even the tobacco company's applications aren't guaranteed.

Thanks for answering. I'm trying to get a handle on this. For all of the tests required, it doesn't seem like 2 years is long enough.
