The only reason I can think of as to why they wrote these this way, is to totally shut down the entire e-cig market in Indiana, so they can see what the impact is on the state. They want to know what the impact is here first, before it happens to the rest of the country. I don't think they will see a lot of tax money rolling in on the e-juice, because there won't really be any. and if they see the tobacco sales go back up, then their real plan will have worked.

I don't know, that has been going on for some time now in Indiana, a lot of law suits were filed, and this was well before the deeming came out.

I saw that, also. Not sure if referring to the man made stuff for future or what. So many typos in that petition, hard to understand and why didn't the attorney fix those and clarify? When I wrote petitions, that would never fly.

It is an unimpressive piece of......uh......legal draftsmanship.
