Oh for the love of God, the information to contact the Lt. Governor was right NEXT to the tab I clicked and then posted the link for. Thanks to zoidMan for posting the contact link that I couldn't find, even though I damn near had to step over it.

Don't worry honey we're all getting slow.

If you read my original post, I'm very sorry.

just read the white house scrapped the FDA's ruling am i miss reading this? as i read it right it looks like it says all the fda's proposed rules are now dead?
White House scrapped FDA plan to restrict flavored e-cigarettes

Don't we wish! It only removed the restriction on flavored products to match the deadline of everything else.

Only on flavors. Not the whole regs, unfortunely.

What they said, and this was an action taken BEFORE the final regs were released in May.

I'm going to assume that you're not aware that DC2 was forced to stop nicotine for insurance reasons, and not that you're just being a meany.

I'm so sorry. I had no idea. :( Thank you for telling me. I edited my post. I hope you don't think I'm a meany on purpose. I'm an ocelot in a china shop.

Is there anything that says I cant "show" people how to build a Mod?

Think I mentioned that somewhere already:

As a good law-abiding citizen it is paramount to educate others about the pitfalls. Lest they manufacture a tobacco product by mistake you have to tell them exactly that they should NOT wrap A around B, and AVOID tightening part C and screw it into gadget D. Also tell them precisely how to prevent contact E touching wire F ...

Also I'd hate seeing my fine motor skills go to waste after the deeming, so I think I'm gonna get into model train building. The good ole choochoo steam trains - huffing and puffing and chuffing along the tiny track. Of course, for maximum realism, I make sure that they emit plenty of steam from their chimneys :D

Beside the tracks, I put a little deeming reg housy, with three wee piggies inside - maybe I'll name them Bob, Stan and Mitch...and then the big vaping wolf comes and huffs and puffs and blows their deeming reg in :p

We were discussing conspiracy earlier, Julie just posted this article about Indianna. Interesting

E-cigarette players fume over favored security firm | 2016-06-18 | Indianapolis Business Journal | IBJ.com

Edit: This wouldn't allow me to access it the 2nd time so not sure it will work for others. Apparently, you can only view one article without registering.

    Yeah well...

if it's done by the average Joe it's called racketeering.

If it's done by the government it's called regulating.

Boils down to the same for people/businesses effected by it.

And the fact that they hardly bother to cover their tracks should tell you a thing or two about the shape the government is in.

Ever asked yourself if something like Mr. Tricky 'I'm-not-a-crook' Dick being made to step down would happen in 2016 ??

This touches on the adverse business environment I referenced in an earlier post. the FDA's regs by themselves are an industry killer but when coupled with legislation/taxation/restrictions the states (all fifty of them) will ultimately pass, the vaping industry faces a legislative minefield riddled with legal chokeholds, big $$$ pitfalls and crony capitalism.

In today's America William Felt would be discredited, financially ruined and in prison, Woodward and Bernstein's story would never have seen the light of day because -everyone's- phones are tapped and that's perfectly acceptable now, "patriotic" in fact. Meanwhile Tricky Dick would be publically heralded as an American patriot and hero. ;)

Indiana is really being stupid to force businesses to other states because of this ridiculous new law. They are loosing tax dollars and hurting Indiana businesses. Such a crock! The country has lost it's mind over vaping and the idiots are ruling everything. Sad!

Thanks, zoidman. I guess I was too focused on the FDA to pay attention to specifics within states. Been watching my state, they will probably be next since PH is all powerful here and hates vaping.

I don't know of any cases where an e-cig vender killed anyone,,,,,,,,but I heard about some nutcase in Florida who killed a bunch of people in a night club..........maybe guards would serve the public better at places where huge groups of people gather and a nutcase is attracted to.......jmho

    stupid stuff the govt does------:
The controversial part of the law requires that manufacturers hire a security firm to certify they meet state rules for clean rooms used for mixing and bottling liquids, secured areas where products will be stored, and remote monitoring for areas where e-liquids are mixed, bottled, packaged and stored.
