Will a vote for Trump trump improve the chances of removing such darning regulations?
“In the first debate, voters listened to two candidates dance around the American economy. What you’ll never hear from those candidates is how the economy is being killed by excessive regulation. Vaping, a new industry offering products as a healthier alternative to smoking, is about to be regulated out of existence. That just doesn’t make any sense.
The vaping industry currently counts about nine million customers, producing about $4 billion a year in annual sales. With the excessive regulations recently introduced by the FDA, as many as 12,000 vaping businesses will be put out of business. As Gov. Gary Johnson has said, the free market and entrepreneurial spirit should be encouraged, not destroyed. Nowhere is this more obvious that the vaping industry.”

Presidential nominee Gary Johnson calls FDA deeming regs 'excessive'
Trump is the only candidate who openly says that excessive regulations need to go. I may agree with other candidates on an issue or two, but on the whole what we need is this removal of regulations.
What ? Trump has said from the beginning that excessive regulations are killing us and he is getting rid of a ton of them .
Gary Johnson has zero shot , lets not waste votes
besides he jogs in a "thong" which is unacceptable & he should be banned for life .
I almost left that part out, but figured someone would say I didn't quote the whole thing.
5% gets the party "Major Party" status and all the perks that come with it. A vote not cast is a wasted vote. I will not tell anyone whom they should vote or not vote for, only that they should get informed and vote their conscious.
I assume that was humor, since one of his major tenants is freedom to do what one wants as long as it doesn't hurt others or interfere with their freedom.
We are getting too far from the threads intent so I'll just stop now.
Agreed.Sorry. I was just trying to say that the web of deceit does not end with what's coming out now in the political arena that's being uncovered. The FDA/BP surely are included in the web of too much regulating, too much owing favors and too much "I can do what I want and get away with it" belief. I hope they all drown in the swamp of decaying yuck.
If I say we need Skink to help us hide the bodies, does anyone know who I'm talking about?
Agreed.
And I don't know Skink. Could you explain?
Doesn't count, UK vs USA... and they won't ask the right questions in the US.New research by ASH finds use of electronic cigarettes remains low among young people | ASH.org.uk
....But but but the children!!
I agree. But hopefully attentions can be grabbed!Doesn't count, UK vs USA... and they won't ask the right questions in the US.
I share your concern. As I posted on Aug. 27 (#13416), "Sometimes following oral argument the judge will ask for further briefing to focus on what she thinks is a decisive issue or possibly something needing more clarification."@Verb I do not see this affecting hardware at all which is disappointing to say
the least. The fact that the nicotine alone may be the key factor seems logical
on the face of it but,the FDA has also stated they are equally concerned with
all the other chemicals and components used. To bad nicotine itself can not
be challenged as having anything to do with being a dependent causing agent
in the form of vaping. IMHO that is where this argument needs to go. I do
not think that this is in the purview of this case or the court system in general .
Perhaps the FDA will throw us this bone. Though it may seem like a major concession
it will be a moot point if the hardware is not exempted.

Thanks for helping me understand Skink.
I'm not sure I want to read the books. LOL.
But, I can completely understand how "it would make you feel better."
The whole thing is disgusting.
