He has been doing prolific legal commentary about the Deeming for over a year now. I get the impression he is a wannabe lawyer, or in fact may actually be one. In the past he has always looked at things from a vaping POV.

I do agree with his assessment of deference and CHEVRON, thanks to our witless, gutless and duplicitous SCOTUS. Why I've long advocated that we need to extract vaping from tobacco legislation.
