Based on his past commentary, which at times was pretty good analysis of the regs, I gave him the benefit of a doubt on the first vid I saw. When I saw the second one (I called background), doubt turned to disgust.

This guy seems like one of those folks that is completely obsessed with one thing...the law. He seems genuinely concerned that folks are not following "the law", and repeatedly said, he didn't know if Dimitri realized how serious that is? He comes across to me as emotionless, and completely focused on tiny details...those kinds of people can be a little scary...

Want my guess? He once owned a vape-related business that failed, or perhaps he threw in the towel prematurely based on what he thought the FDA was going to do and now he's ...... that they're not actually doing it.
