If they try i will defend myself and my home with several unregistered firearms (heirlooms)The Rule enables the FDA for rights of "seizure and inunction." It will be a Federal crime if the laws are not adhered to.
I am not sure as to current possession of ENDS and liquids now. That's a great question. Maybe they will make us turn in all of our gear[emoji12] at vape gear drop off centers. When prohibition took place, any alcohol you already owned was not grandfathered[emoji15]
In layman's terms they can come to your home or place of business or your automobile or your person and take all your stuff and freeze your assets and your life.
The IRS and Homeland Security have those rights as well.
I am sure they will refine their remedies but rest assured they will be enabled to use the full force of Federal law to crush your very soul.
Will the vapor pens being used to vape "other substances" be regulated as well?
Can we have a admin or moderator put a statement on the front page that summarizes what is actually going to happen with this? I've read three pages of posts on this thread and still cannot clearly understand what is happening. Thx.
Oh well. I'll just go back to smoking. The FDA wins.
I don't think anyone has had time to properly deconstruct the FDA document yet. It's long and complicated and written in a government language that looks like English but isn't really. People are working on it. Vaping.com said they would try to get some analysis published tomorrow, and CASAA has their experts working on it. I think we are going to have to wait a while to get more definitive answers. Plus a lot of it seems to have been written in a fuzzy way which allows the FDA to fill in the gaps later.
In 35 years my boys will be dragging on the floor. Maybe I could get by with a liter bit less than a liter. There is a kid where I work who started vaping recently. He vapes so little nic that a 1 liter bottle of 100mg concentrate would last him 35 years. I'm talking to him about it.
You have mistaken my attitude. I have no intention of laying down, and I will support any and all efforts that we manage to put together. I actually donate money to all these organizations, send off letters and make phone calls. I have done that today. The FDA has changed it's mind in the past. We don't know that they won't this time. We are all sickened by this, but now is the time to fight even HARDER. Reaching out to ALL in the vaping community. Hit up ALL the vaping forums you know of. Your friends, family. Get as many people involved as you can. It is NOT over. Read what CASAA had to say today. Other Vaping organizations are saying the same thing. They are certainly NOT ready to give up. NOT even CLOSE. If you want to feel this way, that's on you. I want you to stay and fight with us, even if you ARE discouraged. Thank you for reading this....![]()
Tomato growers would be required to submit a PMTA, otherwise all tomatoes would be "subject to enforcement" in 3 years.
Maybe we should argue that the FDA include tomatoes and eggplant in the deeming? No more tomatoes in 3 years. Banned. Then, maybe people would wake up and realize the oppressive government they have created.
There was one Dem signed on to the amendment to the budget that changes the grandfather date the same way. Last I saw there weren't any Dem names on HR 2058, and not enough Rep names to give it legs.I don't remember any Democrats signing on to HR 2058. Maybe I've forgotten.
Thanks. I was aware of the B&M restrictions. I am concerned with product
made at home for personal use.

This too will change. 90 days ... 2 years until it all takes effect. Dekang says they have been FDA compliant for a long time. That's what I vape.
Now to stock up for a while as the smoke and dust begins to fly into the air.
Cool, is the nicotine liquid e-juice vendors use a tobacco extract? Otherwise this deeming seems factually incorrect.I don't think anyone has had time to properly deconstruct the FDA document yet.
