Smoke Revolt (vape shops NW Ohio) has letters to Reps and Senators on their counter urging passage of the Appropriations Bill and CASAA cards for all customers. All they have to do is sign and print their names. Clerk said 95% of the customers are signing the letters, after they explain what it all means.

Actually the owner has been involved in this for a while. They're juice sucks though lol. I'm more of a fan of the VSC and Vapors. Also Independent Vapor Co, seems to be involved.

Do you happen to have a copy of this letter? And who are we supposed to contact at this point? Our Congress reps? Senators? Both?

I could use some help creating my own CTA. I want to do it right.

Thanks.

I likely could pick one up. The header, if I recall read Representative and Senators - how they'll send it out, not sure. But I have contacted all my Reps plus the Senate Appropriations Committee on the Appropriations Bill with the mentioned amendment.

I DIY with Decadent Vapours products, although I have sampled a few of their eliquids - one coffee from their hemp (no actual 'stuff') collection was rather good. Their regular 'Camel' tasted like raisins to me lol..... The staff is pretty well up on the deeming - I have helped that out some as well. lol.... with more specifics. At the Oregon store....

GreenSmoke? My very first kit--before ProVari was even invented.

Their tobacco flavor was quite nice, actually.

No, that's actually a Green Smart Living. It has a 510 connection. I grabbed one at a liquor store and discovered the threading by accident.

Don't go out of your way, but if you're in the neighborhood, that would be much appreciated. I'll edit it, of course, but I could use a template.

My regular senators? That would be Boxer and Feinstein.

And just my regular congressional representatives? And Obama?

Now their gonna ban the plastic bottles we all use..........no joke!

Fixed it for ya.

"The following is a nonexhaustive list of examples of components and parts used with electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) (including e- cigarettes): e-liquids; atomizers; batteries (with or without variable voltage); cartomizers (atomizer plus replaceable fluid-filled cartridge); digital display/lights to adjust settings; clearomisers, tank systems, flavors, vials that contain e-liquids, and programmable software."

I imagine they used "vials" so both plastic and glass are covered.

They forgot Vapor Towel. With the govt pulling stunts like this, is there any wonder trust is virtually nonexistent these days?

Cheers,
Steve

Thanks! :) I saw the link earlier, but had no time to investigate. So they are asking for support of both bills. Interesting! This is helpful!

Since I already wrote to them about the HR 2058 (three times :D), maybe it's time to concentrate on the Appropriations bill for now.

Until we hear from CASAA.
