So, who wants to do the math, and see how many violations until $300,000?
A big factor is within what time frame the violations take place.

Ocelot, watch this.
He messed up on the answer about DIY. He seemed to think the question was about Vape Shops making their own juice.I've watched it twice (I had to take a Xanax during the first time). It was while listening to all the tests he described that I forgot about pg/vg ratios. He also spells some of it out in his blog. The list probably grew after he wrote it, since he hadn't thought of all the permutations.

I Predict that 12-31-16 will pretty much be the end of vaping as we do now in the USA.
UNLESS rules are changed.
And most things will become unavailable before then.
I hope you are correct. But I fear that I am correct. That's registration deadline, not PMTA.
Well, some things are gonna change and get more difficult, but I doubt most things become unavailable.
I hope you are correct. But I fear that I am correct.
And by unavailable I mean unable to get thru the regular channels we now use to get vaping stuff.
Some will always be available if you know how to get it.
Did you look over the calendar link I posted above? But maybe not your favorite proprietary flavor from your favorite vendor.
Might be difficult but that's registering. Sending a list of their products to the FDA. Or am I misunderstanding that? Either I am, or you are.Did you look over the calendar link I posted above?
imho what is scheduled to happen on 12-31 and thru Fed 2017 will cause lots of vendors to bail.
By lots I mean most.
The December and February stuff is a big burden for manufactureres to get it all done by then, but nothing anywhere near like what they need to do for PMTA.also look at what happens in February 2017....

If you want a chance at success, you need to put away the personal freedoms argument at least until you've won some ground.
From here on out, it needs to be entirely about harm-reduction- a mature, articulate, carefully crafted discussion about vaping to get away from tobacco.
But what I personally believe very strongly is that some nicotine is GOOD for you.
Better, probably than NOT having any.
I'm sure glad they didn't have cable news, back then. Most successful movements had their 'flag bearers' and 'the reasonable'. The American Revolution needed both - the Sam Adams and Patrick Henry as well as Jefferson, John Adams and Hancock just to name a few.
I think the authorities are gonna get very tough. Back to check again, real soon after first vioalation, etc.I think a lot of shops and small juice brands ignore those dates, and then it takes a year for them to get a warning, then a fine or two, before they start disappearing...
