Isn't that all the more reason for those shops to be doing everything they can to change things? What good does it do to keep customers in the dark? How much louder would our voice be if every shop encouraged every customer to get involved?

There will always be plenty of people who don't want to mix their own liquid, as long as there is a relatively affordable and convenient alternative. You may lose some customers to DIY, but at least you'll still have customers if we succeed.

But that requires a longer view than many vape shop owners seem to have.
Many would rather just keep selling juice till they have to shut down and leave their customers hanging.
They made all the money they could.

I wonder how many ejuices will be approved? Straight tobacco and menthol tobacco?

(we preferred the term, "Freaks"), in a sociology class, that eventually we would for the most part become conservative as we "grew up" and
became entangled with the responsibility of jobs, careers and families.
But that as we reached our retirement years

I'm not sure I understand your point correctly, but let me just say that I find it astounding that the the very people who preach tolerance and diversity the loudest are themselves completely intolerant of diversity of thought, ideas and any kind of dissent...

Just a couple of flavors in prefilled carto thingys is what I expect in a couple of years.
The best hope imho is to get the "grandfather date" pushed forward a couple of years.
We will still have the PMTA process for all stuff after that date....
And maybe some results from the lawsuits.

Just my opinion but then I am a very cynical being where humans are concerned.

Quick question, I have been buying juice from you guys for years. With the announcement of the deeming regs the whole “in tune” vaping community has been doing whatever is possible to advance the cause, meaning getting people to sign up with CASAA and make them aware of HR2058 and the Cole-Bishop Amendment. I am just curious why I don’t see any mention on your website or Facebook page about any of this?

Re: menthol - I see Glantz et al didn't care for the OMB striking out the flavor wording on the final deeming.... making it a racial issue, when in fact, it's just the opposite.

The flavor thing from the WH was not for vaping products but flavored cigs and little cigars and such.

I think you are so right. They did not understand that we are no longer hiding in the corners SMOKERS to be shunned. We are vapors and proud to be. I never bothered on FB letting people Know I was a vaper because a lot of them didn't know I smoked. But since this happened I am blowing up my FB page. So many people sent me messages that they were shocked that I smoked. They had no clue. I was very adept at hiding it. I worked with a guy sitting right next to me for two months and one time I said I was going for a smoke break and he had no idea I smoked. LOL. Obsession perfume, hand washing, lotion and gum were my hiding tactics and they worked. Anyway that is not the person that they are dealing with now. I am a vapor and proud to be one. And I will fight like crazy for every person who is like the old me and needs to quit. Sorry for the rant. I shouldn't have looked at Twitter. LOL

I wrote my vendor about his plan for fighting these regs. He said they already donate to CASAA (I knew this already and it's on his website) but said most all of his efforts are fighting his own state. He also said he just invested in an expensive clean room to blend his juices and then the regs came out. He said had he known they would be so restrictive he would have took the clean room money and spent it on a lawyer instead.
