I would fall out of my chair and maybe die if a Dem joined in. Don't have to worry about that though. lol
Hang on to your chair. Two Democrats voted for the Cole/Bishop amendment.

no need to put you behind a fence, no necessity to put you behind walls, the wall and fences get built right into your head...

Look into the 80/20 AR concept, if you're not already familiar with it.
I have a few blanks :- )
At the risk of sounding like a one-upper, I got a milk-crate of 0% forgings out of the trash at a company my company bought and shuttered.
I've also got prints.
And a mill and lathe.
And a backhoe.
And a big plot of land.

Yes, I would. Since the the Executive Branch doesn't answer to the Legislative Branch. And a subpoena is laughable.Imagine you're the chairman of a powerful senate committee in charge of monitoring the activities of government agencies. You ask for information and they don't even bother to respond. You ask again, this time more forcefully, and again they blow you off. Would you just let it slide?

Not necessarily...it might be that only the extracted nicotine, the active ingredient is regulated. As example I give you Coca Cola™Company, IncNot likely. That would mean regulating *real* tobacco products even more than they are now.
Close... prints, friend with a mill and lathe, front end loader, big plot of land :- )
and one Dem sponsored it...Hang on to your chair. Two Democrats voted for the Cole/Bishop amendment.![]()
Not necessarily...it might be that only the extracted nicotine, the active ingredient is regulated. As example I give you Coca Cola
who according to the Bolivian Press, the 1996 legal importation of {****} leaf by Coca-Cola was of 204 tons annually. (used for flavoring after it is "detoxified")
I believe further elaboration will be considered a a violation
of ECF rules...but I also give you [Other Stuff] oil, produced from an illicit
(in most states) controlled substance but never-the-less legal.

Hazy
Great question. Considering one vapes it...wouldn't that be ironic?Speaking of oil, are they going to regulate the pv that does that? Cuz you could put a tank on it.
and one Dem sponsored it...
Not sure if anything about hr 2058 has been posted lately but HR2058 has gained 5 more co-sponsors this month bringing the total to 63. All R's of course but nothing bad about seeing more names on the list. These same people can help in other ways too. At least awareness is gaining traction.
