Took a couple of minutes to do some image editing to summarize one of the big problems we face

And this is the reason that most of the users of vape products who are not in the business end of producing, etc. are participating very little in the war. They all have heard or witnessed the in-fighting and want no part of it. All they(we) wanted was a good product at a reasonable price. And that's how DIY was born for ejuice because we didn't know who to trust, etc. And now, when everyone should step up, they won't because they have heard the same ole song and dance pony show from those who are suppose to be leaders.Even today, with the feds breathing down our backs, there's far too much in fighting and sanctimonious whining between various groups. It's not that there's a lack of leadership. Far from it. There are too many chief's claiming they know what's best. After a while, you just tune it all out.

I was speaking more to the users of online forums that are in fact aware, but choose to do nothing. I mean look at the stats of how many members this forum has. And look at numbers who actually are active within these forums. Big difference. Those that have signed up for membership but only visit once or twice are aware that they can get info here on just about anything vape related, but apparently for whatever reason choose not to return.I would disagree. Unless you are a vaper who is deeply involved within the online vaping community you would be unaware of the majority of the in-house fighting and I think generally being unaware and knowledgeably informed is the top reason most all vapers in the US, manufactures/vendors included, are not involved in the war, followed closely by knowing what to do to effectively aid in that fight.
@Racehorse is right in the fact that manufactures/vendors held the most power to fight this fight and when trade groups began to be formed years ago most all manufactures/vendors opted out. Even today a just a pittance of the vape businesses that exist have joined ranks counting on (leaving) others to fight the fight. The bigger manufactures/vendors who took the initiative years ago might survive this, good on them, too bad for us.

Well you know what forum is always bumping: hardware: tanks. I wonder if there is a way to get info into those threads without hijacking the post?
I know I have gone into one and went on a rant about talking about what level of vaping you use or this tank for that tank could very well be a moot point soon. Heck I wonder if the mods would let me start one like: "where are all of these new tanks and mods coming from? Ask the FDA" and then include in the OP some informative links as well ask thread related questions like; what new tank are you looking forward to before the market freezes and changes on 08/08/2016? I think the biggest issue I have noticed is not willful non-participation. But rather no knowledge of what REALLY is going on.
People on the right by nature do not like government and, therefore, avoid it (this includes protesting it) and simply want to be left alone. Those on the left, however, like government and are far more active as it pertains to changing/increasing government. This is a generalization but fundamentally true. Not to be a debbie downer but I have talked to countless people online, social media and locals, many I helped start vaping. Even family members and friends and they won't get involved. I hear things like, "well, I better go to my local B&M and buy a bunch of liquid, can you make me some if I need it?" Some tell me they will just stop vaping if it comes to no availability. So I dunno what the answer is but I am getting disheartened by it all.
Agreed with your assessment. But hasn't it always been that way? Most of the people just want someone else to do it. But they sure like the rewards when those few who do step up actually make a difference. It must be in some peoples dna, cause it makes no sense to me. But then, I have always been a doer, a go-getter type of person. Not to be a debbie downer but I have talked to countless people online, social media and locals, many I helped start vaping. There is a giant demographic in the wilderness who simply accept whatever is thrown at them. They are not interested in making change. Sadly, I think this explains my experience. There is a giant demographic in the wilderness who simply accept whatever is thrown at them. They are not interested in making change. They simply accept what is and what will be.
Sounds like it. You're not alone. I know many, many, many people who simply live in their own little worlds. Discussions are limited to whatever is going on in the room they're sitting in. Go beyond those walls and they get the deer in the headlights look on their face.Sadly, I think this explains my experience.

Anyone got a link to either the news story or video where Zeller mentioned they would have boots ready to hit the ground 8/8? I know I saw it but can't find the link.
This is the closest I can find but it was only a preliminary search...Anyone got a link to either the news story or video where Zeller mentioned they would have boots ready to hit the ground 8/8? I know I saw it but can't find the link.
Zeller said his group is working with state officials on plans to enforce the ban on sales to those under 18 and that they will "hit the ground running."
