If he's that stupid he won't be in business much longer.
We can only hope the judge isn't similarly afflicted.Yea, that's pretty funny . My ADHD frequently doesn't allow me to concentrate.
B&M's in my area don't even remotely have his issue, I'm pretty sure he's totally not understanding the regulations. He's been in business for four years... I'm just telling you what he said. It's because he owns shop he has to buy batteries within the USA he can't buy them outside the states. There's intent to use and there's intent to sell there's a BIG difference between the two. Other stuff is a good example. Where I live; intent to use you get a warning maybe a fine if the cop is in a bad mood. Intent to sell; you go to federal prison. If I buy tax free cigarettes for PERSONAL use it's legal. Now if I sell those cigarettes on the street I'm breaking the law.
None of this explains why he can't buy batteries from China and sell them in his shop. The batteries are made in China and are being sold all over the US. Retailers buy and resell vast quantities of goods from China. What does this have to do with avoiding cigarette taxes or selling controlled substances? He's been in business for four years... I say save some money, headaches and just get them from Liion Wholesale or IMR Batteries.Could be, just figured I would share what I heard. Glad it's not true. I would rather shops use reputable sources and raise the cost than buy from China and get clones. He claims the source (who knows who that is) wouldn't even sell to him anymore. Either the source doesn't know or they got in a falling out and the shop owner is covering his .....

Could be a language barrier misunderstanding as to the reason for not selling to him. A month or two ago I tried ordering some batteries, among other items, from FastTech and got an email that said:Could be, just figured I would share what I heard. Glad it's not true. We feel pitiful to notify you that USPS Expedited shipping service (FUSPS) can NOT ship parcels to United States temporarily due to more and more strictly security checking procedures recently.

After a couple of back and forth communications I figured out that they don't currently have a carrier that is willing to ship lithium ion cylindrical batteries to the US. I cancelled the batteries and the rest of the order shipped out the same day. Nothing to do with the FDA.

I was referring to our freedoms (not ECF). And yes, we have been gradually losing them over the years.Actually, ECF is U.K. based...
EDIT: Besides, America hasn't been free for a very long time.
Glad to hear they found another carrier.I got the same message, and I mean exact "We feel pitiful to notify" words. They did offer a different carrier option though which I agreed to and they arrived reasonably quickly.
...snip....
The absurdity of it all is sometimes more than I can stand.
And what we need is REAL hope and change.
I'm not caught up yet.
In fact, I'm only on page 677 at this point.
But what I am seeing is a whole bunch of quibbling.
The real problem is the extent to which the government is intervening in our lives.
We're trying to dissect a completely ridiculous set of regulations.
From a entity that is not even Constitutionally authorized to be issuing them.

With all due respect, do you understand the Vaping360 article is a synopsis/breakdown of the document you earlier thought was insufficient?
