Here is the problem as I see it, or perhaps I am just a bit unclear. Since there has effectively been a hold on deeming to further decide whether vaping is good or bad (or some such thing) then right now deeming regulations are on hold, and short of things like selling to minors, are not being enforced at current moment.

Therefore, with deeming on hold, are they really breaking the law? I dont think so, or certainly havent seen it that way.

Maybe he's really on our side and these videos are an effort to build enough credibility with the FDA to get them to actually stick the flash drives he's sending them in their computers' USB ports, at which point their entire network will be pwn3d?

The deeming is not really on hold, Opi. Some of the regs regarding B&M's went into effect on September 28 (don't quote me, give or take) but the pertinent parts haven't. The guy has no clue whether Busardo and Dimitri have filed paperwork yet so the dude is only stirring the pot to give himself (stinky) airs..

Deeming Isn't "On Hold". Far from it. It's just that the date that PMTA's must be submitted has been Rolled Back.

ALL the previous Rules and Regs are Still In Effect.

I was going to ask him that too ("How would you know...?"), but figured it was useless.

My understanding is that technically, yes, they really are breaking the law by selling stuff that wasn't on the market by 8/8/16.

However, it's become quite obvious that the current administration has little-to-no enthusiasm for enforcing most of the Deeming that's already in effect.

In other words, he's just another loser looking to peez people off.
