Yep. The way I understand it is that the registration extension only applies to products that were on the market prior to 8/8/16 and have not been changed in any way since then. It does not change the fact that no new products may be introduced, and old products may not be altered in any way (not even a change in product name).

Okay nevermind, I am seeing that now. However for paperwork purposes, they only have to be able to show the sale of one prior to that date. And some manufacturers were probably ahead of the game on that one.

I think the question is does anyone really care, especially with what else we have going on not just in this country but in others. Probably, even the FDA could care less at this point, they are clearly not ready to address vaping yet (they never gave the follow up talk) and extensions were made. I truly doubt that the FDA is going to FEED this guy by handing out legal summonses to ANYONE breaking the law.
If they were dying to enforce EVERYTHING, then they wouldn't have done the extension. IF the guy has found a LOOPHOLE that they missed, they're probably going to send him a cease and desist letter. Giving huge punishments to two small scale American Citizen vapers for "breakin' da lawh" is just NOT GOING TO HAPPEN..
Everyone probably realizes this except THIS dude, who really is clearly, clearly mentally unbalanced. The FDA is not going to want to touch this with a ten foot pole, I'm almost certain.
The guy still needs a little Life Humiliation, so I'm just going to pray that all his choices and actions rebound on HIM. The nice thing about having a higher power that *I* choose, is, well, SHEIT gets a little vengeful and old Testament once in a while.
I suggest an ECF prayer: Whoever you are, looser, may all the nastiness you wish on other vapers rebound on you. In fact, let's all pray you get committed to a locked mental ward, where, I PROMISE, you will not be allowed to vape, OR smoke, AMEN."
